Research On The Indoor Public Space Design Of Shenzhen Youth Apartment Under The Communitization

With the rapid development of the domestic economy,housing prices in large cities are also growing rapidly.Young people who entered the society in big cities are difficult to pay high housing prices,and renting houses has become the first choice for most young people.Youth apartments are increasingly favored as living spaces for young people,but young apartments have a short time in the country,and the relevant specifications and space design are relatively imperfect.Most of the indoor public spaces in the apartments have problems,and the living needs of young people have not received enough attention and satisfaction.Several major brand youth apartments in China have initially shown a trend of communityization.Therefore,this paper analyzes the rationality of the design of indoor public spaces in young apartments from the perspective of apartment community.Through the analysis of spatial function and design elements,young people's psychological behavior needs and community elements,the necessity and feasibility of community research on the public space of young apartments are clarified.Based on this,based on the relevant space design and community-based papers,the construction logic and preliminary evaluation factor set of the indoor public space evaluation system of this apartment are determined.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the evaluation factors of the evaluation system and the scores of the experts by the two questionnaires of the expert questionnaire.The weights of each factor are calculated by using the sum-product method,which is the later public apartment community of the youth apartment.The evaluation provides a quantitative basis.According to the established evaluation system,three representative apartment buildings in Shenzhen were studied,and the scores of each factor of each apartment and the overall score of the community interior of the three apartments were obtained.Based on the evaluation of each apartment,targeted optimization suggestions are proposed for the indicators with lower ratings for each apartment.By summarizing the relevant reference data for the community-based design of indoor public spaces in youth apartments,it will provide a basis for future community design.From the perspective of communityization,this paper explores the impact of community-based model on the indoor public space of youth apartments,and establishes a community-based evaluation system for indoor public spaces in young apartments,and proposes optimization strategies.It has certain reference significance for the construction of indoor public spaces in youth apartments in Shenzhen and other large and medium-sized cities.
