Research On The Design Of Gan School Homestay Space Under The Background Of Regional Culture

With the booming development of the tourism industry,a new type of important accommodation is gradually emerging,which is the homestay.With its attentive service and unique design,it offers a completely different accommodation experience from traditional hotels,becoming the preferred choice for contemporary travelers.As the number of tourists continues to grow,travelers are increasingly focusing on accommodations with rich local cultural characteristics.Facing new challenges,the homestay industry needs to fully showcase regional features while providing a comfortable environment.Jiangxi Province actively promotes the "Homestay+" emerging business model,aiming to explore and inherit local cultural traditions,improve urban quality,and create beautiful landscapes.By integrating folk culture,it promotes the coordinated development of homestays,scenic spots,and villages,enhancing attractiveness and competitiveness,and showcasing the charm of regional culture.This study aims to explore the characteristics of Gan-style homestay space design under the background of regional culture and its impact on the local tourism industry.Through an in-depth analysis of the historical origins,regional characteristics,architectural styles,and decorative arts of Gan-style homestays,this paper attempts to reveal the regional cultural connotations contained in Gan-style homestay space design.Firstly,this study reviews the concept and development history of the Gannan-style homestays and the support from related government documents.It also investigates the development status of homestays both at home and abroad and the impacts of various regional cultural factors.Through this research,it identifies some shortcomings of traditional homestays.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing Gannan-style homestay cases from different regions,the study summarizes the existing shortcomings and commendable points in homestay design.It concludes that a high-quality homestay should not only possess a unique architectural style,excellent service quality,and a beautiful ecological environment,but also deeply explore the local cultural and geographical characteristics to create a unique lodging experience.Based on this,the study explores how Gannan-style homestay space design can incorporate traditional cultural elements while infusing modern design concepts to meet the needs of modern tourists.Furthermore,this study also conducted research on the roles of Gannan-style homestays in cultural heritage,human interaction,and economic development.The research found that the spatial design of Gannan-style homestays not only helps to promote local culture but also contributes to enhancing the attractiveness of the local tourism industry,thereby promoting sustainable economic development in the region.Finally,this paper proposes some suggestions to optimize the spatial design of Gannan-style homestays and enhance their regional cultural experience value.Through the study of Gannan-style homestay space design,this paper provides beneficial references for homestay design under the background of regional culture,which can help to promote theoretical innovation and practical development in relevant fields.
