People are gradually becoming to respect multi-culture and highlight regional cultural development due to communication between different cultures. For product design, people also pursue products with distinctive local culture when the general products are prevailing, and it also brings new hope for local cultural industry. Culture is product created from joint activity of human being, which not only includes tools used by people, rules and regulations relied on by social life, spirit life, but also contains mental activity in the process of creation.Unique cultural appeal is added into the products and spiritual connotation of culture is represented in products in daily life to reflect difference and sense of identity of culture, and further to show people’s demand for culture from the outside to the inside and create true value of cultural and creative products. But at present, the disadvantages of the design of cultural and creative products, the designers must be based on local geographical environment and deep understanding of life style, In order to design a regional cultural connotation of the product. Cultural and creative products based on local life style combine aesthetic function with use function to transform from "decoration" to "dailynecessities" that can be really used. Therefore, people can be aware of cultural experience brought by product in their everyday life and achieve the cultural identity.In this research, the focus of cultural and creative product design is transferred from pure form aesthetics to practical factors related to humans, which leads designers to carrying out design from local lifestyle, increasing humanization design in cultural and creative products. As a result, regional culture is explored from aspects like life and production, which is aimed at reflecting products’cultural connotation, getting close to people’s daily life and showing their life attitudes, to design practical products embodying taste of life.In this paper, the existing cultural and creative product design research, pointed out that at the stage of the design process with a more systematic way to guide the program have on the cultural and creative product design, by visiting the local culture on the spot,to perceive local lifestyle, and to explore regional culture unique elements to a symbol in many cultures.Narrative design as the starting point, the user experience-oriented, collect the adapt cultural symbols on applying to product.And analysis of Cultural Semantics conversion to product design patterns, which can be applied in design. During practical design process, a set of rational design methods will be arranged,and help user obtain scene experience of product in function and emotion. On this basis, feasible thinking direction was put forward for cultural and creative product related to regional life style.
