With the change of medical model and the promotion of China’s graded diagnosis and treatment system and medical and health care services, community health service centers have become an important physical carrier for health promotion. However,as most of them are converted from old public buildings, there are a lot of contradictions between the building form and patients’ consultation needs, which makes the consultation experience poor, and patients’ impression of them is mostly "indifferent, chaotic and noisy",and even easy to cause doctor-patient conflicts and increase "invisible" operation costs. The community health service center as a "health guardian" is a very important part of the health care system. As a "health gatekeeper",the construction of community health service centers should not be limited to meeting the needs of basic treatment functions, but how to promote community health promotion by improving the consultation environment is an important scientific issue facing the architectural design of community health service centers.A good environment can help patients reduce stress and tension, which has a positive impact on their physical and mental health. However, there are few quantitative analyses of spatial elements in the existing indoor healing environment research, and there is a lack of systematic research on the degree of impact on patients’ physiological and psychological recovery, which makes spatial optimization untargeted. Therefore, based on the theory of rehabilitative environment, this paper analyzes the correlation between rehabilitative environment factors and patient recovery through virtual reality experiments, and proposes strategies for optimizing indoor public space in community health service centers. The study is discussed in the following three parts. The first part(chapters 2 and 3)is the theoretical construction and facility research and analysis. The study systematically sorts out the theoretical development and content related to environmental behavior and restorative environment, and establishes the important value of the theory of optimal design of community health service centers from the aspects of necessity and feasibility, and analyzes the environmental impact factors of community health service centers in combination with theoretical basis.Through field research on eight community health service centers, the elements of the built environment, patient behavior and space needs were summarized and analyzed, and the theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent optimal design of the restorative environment was used. The second part(Chapter 4)screened the key factors influencing environmental rehealing and experimental design. The environmental factors with healing properties were initially selected by literature review method, and then the environmental factors with higher weight of healing properties were identified as the optimization targets by using hierarchical analysis method. The experimental concept of "stress introduction-environmental healing-physiological and psychological assessment" was adopted, and the experiments were conducted through virtual reality scenario simulation and wearable physiological and psychological monitoring tools, and validation was conducted. The third part(Chapter 5-7)is the analysis and application of experimental results.Oneway ANOVA is used to obtain the correlation between environmental factors and patients’ physiological and psychological recovery indicators, and the statistical results are compared with related literature and theories to propose experimental conclusions;finally, based on the experimental results, the optimization strategy and overall plan of indoor public space in community health service centers are proposed to promote patients’ physical and mental recovery. The research results mainly include: establishing the environmental factors of indoor public space healing in community health service centers;analyzing the dynamic effects of spatial scale, spatial perception, interface color, interface material, environmental illumination and environmental color temperature on patients’ physiological and psychological recovery indexes in the entrance space, traffic space and waiting space of community health service centers from quantitative and qualitative perspectives;proposing countermeasures for indoor public space optimization in community health service centers.Public space optimization measures are proposed. This study is of great significance to improve the quality of the community health service center consultation environment, promote the quality of health care services in primary care institutions, and promote the development of medical architectural design to "patient-centered". |
