| With the continuous strengthening of the performance of internal combustion locomotives,the functional requirements of diesel engines are getting higher and higher,in the original 16V280 diesel engine fuel system failure rate increased by 32%,the repair rate increased by 40%,its failure mainly occurred in injection pumps,injectors and other components In particular,the failure rate of the injection pump is rising,the main problems of the injection pump: the plunger spiral edge type is single,resulting in a single injection pump operating conditions,thereby increasing the amount of fuel and emissions of diesel engines,does not meet the requirements of modern emissions;When the oil valve is seated,easy to cause breakage and cavitation,the relief volume of the oil valve is too small to cause insufficient discharge pressure,the pressure in the high-pressure trout is too high,resulting in the injector secondary injection,resulting in insufficient power;Therefore,the design of the injection pump must be given sufficient attention.This paper is mainly for the fuel injection pump plunger even parts,oil valve even parts,roller body optimization design.First of all,the plunger screw couple head helix is optimized design,the plunger single helix edge is designed as a double helix edge,and the suspension plunger sleeve is selected to increase the tolerance of the plunger even part;Instead of the original decompression-type oil-relief valve,so as to reduce the cavitation phenomenon of the oil valve and avoid the secondary injection of the injectors,the optimized design of the injection pump transmission structure.Finally,a practical pump body is designed for the components after optimization.In order to ensure that the use and economy of the components of the injection pump are improved after optimization,this paper uses the finite meta-analysis software ANSYS to study and analyze the components of the injection pump.Analyze the effect of the gap size of the plunger sub-oil film on the pressure size in the plunger cavity,to explore the effect of the head shape of the plunger on the amount of oil leakage in the plunger.Analyze the effect of the pressure of the oil valve flow field on the firmware of the oil-out valve,to find the stress concentration,and to find the corresponding force concentration The strength analysis is carried out at the taper of the oil seat,the strength analysis of the three roller body repair schemes is carried out by contact mechanics theory,the best optimization design scheme is found from the three schemes,and finally,the static strength is used to analyze whether the wall thickness of the pump meets the design requirements. |
