| The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with an average altitude of 5000 m,having a thin air and being sparsely populated,is a pure land with a very well-preserved primitive ecology.On this land,there is the Qinghai-Tibet railway connecting mountains and crossing rivers,which is the pride of our railway people.Still,the existing passenger electric locomotive can not fully satisfy the requirements for common slow train that operates in Plateau area.Thus,it is necessary to develop a power centralized EMU which is suitable for operating on plateau to meet the passenger transportation demands.As the core part of the power centralized EMU,the development of power unit is crucial.In this paper,the characteristics of Powered Loco for the power centralized EMU for Plateau are analyzed.Also,on the basis of existing 160km/h power unit technique platform,according to the operating condition of Plateau,this paper studies the technical type of the electric system adopted on Powered Loco for Plateau.Meanwhile,electric system proposal of the electric locomotive which is suitable for plateau operation is proposed.In addition to the existing electric system,crucial systems such as emergency diesel-generator set are added.Also,the key parameters of the electric system are determined.Thus,the electric system of the power locomotive of EMU for Plateau is completed.Based on analysis of principle,component arrangement,and current supply mode of the electric locomotive high-voltage system,the scheme of the high-voltage system on grid side,high-voltage component box,grid-side detection and protection circuit for Powered Loco for Plateau is given in this paper.Meanwhile,the scheme analysis of the high-voltage system,high-voltage system characteristic as well as the high-voltage components is carried out.Main traction system of Powered Loco for Plateau is of completely independent axle-control type.Four traction motors on each single unit are respectively driven by four traction converters on the same unit,ensuring the redundancy and high adhesion of locomotive.Functions of communication with locomotive and train power supply management are integrated into the train power supply management cabinet.In order to suppress the secondary resonance,the previous method is changed from phase-controlled rectification on the secondary side of main transformer to four-quadrant rectification.Step-down chopping is used to reduce the weight of the system.TCMS for Powered Loco for Plateau is an on-board network control system based on TCN international standard.TCN control network,which is divided into two levels: train level and vehicle level,is provided with functions such as control,communication,fault diagnosis,dynamic redundancy.Communication between power units(or between power unit and control unit)is achieved via WTB to realize the multiple unit control.Communication between each control device within power unit is realized via MVB + ECN.This enable the effective control over the electric system.In this paper,the plateau adaptability of the electric system is analyzed and plateau adaptability design is carried out.This ensures the reliability of the whole electric system. |
