| As the running speed of rail transit vehicles is getting faster and faster,electric traction and its control technology have been widely used,and the standards required for the electric traction system and braking system of trains are getting higher and higher.In order to enable the electric traction test platform to perform type tests on the entire vehicle,including the simulation of traction characteristics and electrical braking characteristics,at the same time,the platform can be used to develop traction converters and traction motors,and research and test the characteristics of the motor.This paper studies the measurement and control technology of the electric traction system performance test platform,and the research focus is the control and detection technology of the electric traction test platform.This paper proposes the general architecture of the universal and various driving methods of the electric traction experiment platform,which can be used to simulate the static and dynamic conditions of the vehicle’s electric traction and electrical braking,and the open source method is used to establish the universal The control software of the electric traction experiment platform realizes the simulation operation test of the static and dynamic working conditions of the traction braking process.The control flow required for each test is realized,and data collection and analysis can be performed according to the requirements,which can meet the requirements of most tests.This article first constructs the AC-DC-AC electric traction test bench,including the power system and the measurement and control system,and conducts demand analysis on the two respectively.It is necessary to ensure that static and dynamic experiments can be performed on the motor braking traction process,analyze the required measurement parameters,and design Transmission method and communication type of control commands in the test platform.Then carry out the specific design of the measurement and control system,design analog control and serial bus communication control,and put forward a set of overall control scheme.On this basis,this paper designs an open-source universal measurement and control software,adopts a modular design method,and uses Lab VIEW programming to complete the main program of the entire experimental platform measurement and control system and the subroutines of each module to realize the control of the test conditions of the test platform And performance data collection.Finally,the experimental platform software system was verified on the single-axis low-power AC-DC-AC electric traction test system. |
