Stainless steel vehicle body has become the mainstream choice of rail transit vehicle body material at home and abroad because of its corrosion resistance,material recoverability,low manufacturing and maintenance costs and other advantages.Under the premise that the material and structure of the stainless steel body have been determined,the current mainstream research direction of the stainless steel body is to optimize the structure design of the body on the basis of the performance analysis of the body,and finally realize the lightweight and modernization of the body.In this paper,the stainless steel car body of 200 km/h new high-speed railway passenger vehicle produced by a factory is taken as the research object.Firstly,the finite element meshing of the car body is carried out,and according to the EN12663-2010 standard,six typical static strength calculation conditions and one stiffness calculation conditions are determined.On behalf of the actual operation situation of vehicle body car body finite element model for the load,respectively,based on the fourth strength theory and GB/T7928-2003 standard for spot welding of stainless steel car body structure of static strength and stiffness evaluation,evaluation results show that the static strength and stiffness meet the design requirements,on the basis of the modal of bodywork and stability are analyzed,The results show that the car body meets the design requirements,and there is a certain margin for optimization.Finally,using the variable density method was carried out on the side of the body parts of the solder joint variable density method of topology optimization,the relative density with the optimized welds for reference,according to summarize the experience of the solder joint model,on the side wall of the solder joint to layout,the results showed again after the layout of car body completely conform to the requirements of the safety design,and reduce the workload of welding.On the other hand,the sensitivity analysis of stress and displacement of the main frame plate of the car body was carried out,and the size of the plate selected in the sensitivity analysis was optimized.The mass of the car body was reduced from 10.2745 t in the initial scheme to 9.9002 t,and the weight was reduced by 0.3745 t.The above two structural optimization and improvement schemes,checking the static strength,stiffness,mode and stability of the car body after optimization and improvement meet the corresponding specification requirements,has a certain significance for the optimization of the car body.
