The traditional train bus has a slow transmission rate and low throughput,and multiple buses and communication protocols exist in the train communication network at the same time,and each network system exists independently of each other.An independent network system will cause problems such as increased equipment for each functional communication system,high cost,and complex train wiring.Utilizing the high-speed and wide-bandwidth technical characteristics of real-time Ethernet to integrate multiple network systems into one network for data transmission is the development trend of train communication network technology.This paper conducts in-depth research on the multi-network integration technology of real-time Ethernet train control network and passenger information network.Through the analysis of related protocols,understand the characteristics and communication mechanism of the Ethernet train backbone network(ETB)and component network(ECN)train network.Based on the OPNET network simulation software,the network performance of the multi-network converged train network is simulated.At the same time,a semi-physical simulation platform is built to realize the multi-network converged Ethernet train backbone network and form the inter-network Ethernet communication and perform network performance analysis.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Through the study of the Ethernet train backbone network and the Ethernet train network train communication network in the IEC61375-2-5 and IEC61375-3-4 protocols,the network architecture and data classification of the Ethernet train network are analyzed,and the real-time train is studied.The data transmission protocol TRDP and the train Ethernet topology discovery protocol TTDP.(2)According to the network distribution characteristics of the TCMS and PIS systems of the train real-time Ethernet,the multi-network converged network topology of the TCMS network and the PIS network is designed on this basis.(3)Based on the OPNET network simulation software,the process model,node model and network model of the multi-network integration of TCMS network and PIS network are designed,and the train integration network is simulated.By changing the size of the network load,the changes in the performance of the train’s Ethernet communication network after multi-network integration are analyzed.(4)A semi-physical simulation platform was built using the products of EKE and VDS,and the dynamic networking of the ETB backbone network was realized according to the TTDP protocol.(5)According to the network communication transmission requirements of multi-network integration,firstly carry out the simulation PIS network audio and video stream software communication design,and then use the Uni CAP configuration software to design the VCU equipment and HMI equipment program,and carry out the simulation of the TCMS network TRDP process Communication design of data and message data.Finally,the fusion of TCMS network and PIS network is simulated through the experimental platform,and the network performance after the fusion is analyzed using Wireshark software.
