High-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is the power system breaking a large current important equipment,the entire power system has a very important role.The stability of its operation and the parameters of the indicators have a direct impact on the stability and reliability of power system,so the performance of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker in the present study is of great significance.In the introduction,the characteristics and development process of the vacuum circuit breaker are discussed.The research status of the vacuum circuit breaker at home and abroad is introduced,and the future research direction of the vacuum circuit breaker is prospected.In the second chapter,the basic theory of the vacuum circuit breaker is introduced,including the electric breakdown theory and the factors that affect the vacuum insulating medium.The structure of the vacuum circuit breaker is introduced,and the separation of the vacuum circuit breaker Coil,operating mechanism,energy storage spring,and the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the parameters of the vacuum circuit breaker and the impact.The third chapter focuses on the case of vacuum circuit breaker under the jurisdiction of Wuzhou Power Supply Bureau,introduces the distribution of vacuum circuit breakers of different models and different manufacturers,and summarizes the various faults of vacuum circuit breakers in the past four years The main causes of the failure of the vacuum circuit breaker are analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures are introduced.In the fourth chapter,a new method of monitoring the closing current of the vacuum circuit breaker is presented.The composition of the monitoring system and the function of each module are introduced.The realization of the current acquisition and transmission function is introduced.The current waveform curve and the correlation coefficient are analyzed,and it is proved that the monitoring method is accurate to judge the five preset faults of the circuit breaker in the laboratory state.In the fifth chapter,the actual operation and maintenance of the vacuum circuit breaker is introduced.The monitoring method can monitor the state of the vacuum circuit breaker in real time.By analyzing the current waveform and the correlation coefficient,the fault type and fault type can be made accurate and reliable.Judgment,for the repair work has played a guiding role.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,lists the advantages of this sub-closing current monitoring method,and prospects for the future.
