In the context of rapid urban development,in order to ease the traffic congestion and facilitate the travel of residents,cities vigorously develop rail transit.In the process of Urban Rail Transit Planning and construction,excessive emphasis has been placed on the land development of TOD mode,which has resulted in a mismatch between the land use patterns of the urban blocks where rail transit stations are located and the development of Rail Transit,therefore,it is necessary to study the coupling between urban mass transit and urban space,find out the advantages and problems,and lay a foundation for urban sustainable development.Firstly,this paper establishes the rail transit network model of Beijing central area through the complex network theory,and obtains the rail transit structure and network characteristics of Beijing central area through the calculation of four parameters and three centrality.Secondly,the analysis framework is established from the two aspects of network coupling and node coupling,and the coupling status of rail transit and urban spatial structure in the central area of Beijing is analyzed;Using SPSS software,Pearson bivariate correlation analysis is carried out on the daily passenger flow and the number of commercial facilities within the 800 m radius of the station in the central area of Beijing,and the development mode and location logic of the commercial center based on the characteristics of the rail transit network in the central area of Beijing are obtained.Finally,through the analysis of the above conclusions,the following recommendations are drawn: in the area of Rail Transit,it is recommended that Xiongan new area increase the coverage of rail transit network while ensuring the accessibility of the network and the convenience of overall travel;in the area of commercial center construction,it is suggested that a city-level commercial center be built in the Xiongan station and a group-level commercial center be built in the Xiongxian station,and that a school be built near the Xiongan station,the Xiongxian station and the financial island station in the construction of public centers,construction of hospitals near Xiongan Station,Xiong County station,Xiaoli Station and Donger group station.
