| "IP" and "cultural and creative products" have always been among the top two hot words in China’s cultural industry today,which can be combined with various fields to realize the maximum value in the way of realization.There are many branches of semiotics in modern disciplines,including design semiotics applied in the field of product design.IP image and cultural and creative products are a kind of symbol.To interpret unique national culture,regional culture and era culture from the perspective of semiotics,cultural symbols can be tightly integrated into image design and cultural and creative products.However,at present,the IP creative products on the market in our country appear the phenomenon of product type homogeneity,style sameness,lack of innovation,which makes the development of our cultural industry hindered,and it is urgent to explore a new way to solve this problem.Based on the theory of design semiotics and the design and application of IP image and cultural and creative products,this paper takes Yungang Grottoes in Datong City,Shanxi Province as a case study,and uses literature theory analysis,field investigation,case analysis and questionnaire survey to study it.First of all,according to the literature theory analysis,the semiotic theory,IP image,cultural creative products and other related concepts are analyzed.Secondly,the case analysis method is used to interpret the current excellent IP image and cultural and creative products in the market from the perspective of semiotics.Thirdly,a comprehensive analysis of Yungang Grottoes is carried out through field research,including its development context,artistic characteristics,the development status of culture and creativity,and the extraction of relevant cultural symbols,etc.,so as to make a material library of cultural symbols of Yungang Grottoes.Finally,questionnaire survey method is used to quantitatively analyze target users and draw user portrait,so as to deeply understand the user’s preference for IP literature and innovation,so as to determine the design orientation and design ideas,and complete the final design practice according to the four dimensions of semiotic theory.Through the above research and analysis,the conclusion is drawn: First,semiotics theory is closely related to IP cultural and creative products.Second,the four dimensions of semiotics theory play a key guiding role in the design process of IP cultural and creative products.Third,the use of semiotics theory can fully interpret the IP image and cultural symbols contained in cultural and creative products.Iv.The design process of IP image and cultural and creative products based on semiotics theory:searching for representative cultural symbols,analyzing cultural symbols,and initially extracting and applying cultural symbols. |
