| BIM Technology,with its characteristics of three-dimensional visibility,high synergy,component information parameterization and informatization,has produced good value in the stages of architectural design,construction,operation and maintenance,and has been gradually recognized and promoted by the market.With the development of new generation information technology such as cloud computing,big data and Internet of things,the application field of BIM Technology has expanded from the initial construction engineering to various fields such as smart city,smart Park,smart transportation,intelligent operation and maintenance,etc.BIM model is the core of visualization in various fields,so the demand for BIM modeling is increasing at this stage.How to establish the BIM model of construction engineering quickly and accurately is a problem worthy of study.One possible method is to use the existing CAD drawings to establish the model through human-computer interaction and automatic analysis function.At present,there are some commercial software,but due to its high requirements for drawing standardization,Limited automation function and a large number of later work,it has some limitations in mold turning efficiency and accuracy.The goal of this study is to establish a method of automatically extracting engineering design information and automatically generating BIM model according to the extracted information by analyzing the expression law of CAD electronic drawings on each building structure.Finally,it is verified by software development.Firstly,this study conducted relevant literature research and relevant commercial products research.Then,the design principle of turnover die system is analyzed.Using Auto CAD electronic drawings as modeling input data,firstly,the expression laws of walls,beams,plates,columns,doors and windows are analyzed,and their related information automatic extraction algorithms are established,and then stored in the local database.Then,Revit is used as the BIM modeling system.Through the secondary development of Revit,the BIM modeling algorithm of building structural components is established.Then,the above algorithm is realized by programming,and the automatic formwork turnover system of building structure is developed.Finally,the mold turnover is carried out for typical construction projects,and compared with the mold turnover results of a typical mold turnover software with high utilization rate in the market.The results show that the system not only improves the modeling efficiency,but also meets the actual requirements.The turnover system developed based on this research has advantages in accuracy,turnover efficiency and learning cost compared with typical turnover software in the market.It has a certain reference value for the component identification algorithm of commercial turnover software at the present stage.The promotion of this system will promote the formwork turnover of BIM building structure engineering,so as to improve the efficiency of establishing BIM model and promote the popularization and application of BIM Technology. |
