With the emergence of Renewable Energy Generation(REG)units,DC loads, energy storage, and electric vehicles, the AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Network(AC/DC HDN)with more flexible operation and control is expected to become the main physical form of the future distribution network.form.At the same time, the number of controllable units in the distribution network has increased dramatically as the high proportion of REG and flexible loads are connected to the distribution network. Therefore,it is important to carry out research on economic dispatch based on Cell Distributed Management Mode(CDMM)for AC/DC HDN.In this paper,we propose a day-ahead economic dispatch model for AC/DC HDN based on CDMM for AC/DC HDNs with high proportion of REG accesses, and realize cooperative and optimal dispatch of adjacent Cells and cross-Cells.The main work is as follows.1)First,the basic structure of CDMM is explained based on a typical AC/DC HDN,and the rights and obligations of the Cell operator and the Cell system operator are clarified.Definitions of the transaction power and price are then introduced, and interrelationships between different powers and between different prices are analyzed.2)The day-ahead economic dispatch model of the AC/DC HDN based on CDMM is proposed. This model contains two parts: the power transaction stage and the security check stage. The power transaction stage consists of a Cell-to-Cell transaction model based on alternating direction method of multipliers, while the security check phase is formulated upon a security check model based on date-driven distributionally robust optimization for cross-Cell transactions.Through alternate iterations of the two stages, the day-ahead economic dispatch for the AC/DC HDN based on CDMM(hereafter referred to as the “distributed economic dispatch”)supporting adjacent Cell and crossCell power transactions is realized.3)Based on the typical calculation cases, firstly, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by analyzing the results of distributed economic scheduling and comparing between different scheduling modes. Then, the effects of REG penetration rate,Cell’s division, confidence degree, loss coefficient, and other factors on the dispatch results are analyzed.
