| With the rapid development of manufacturing and products,while meeting the changing needs of users,how to quickly adapt to the changes of users’ needs has become a key factor to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises need to speed up the development and design of products to meet the needs of the market,but at present,the innovation power of product design mode and application requirement is insufficient,a large number of full cycle operation data in the product design process can not be effectively utilized,and the product design process can not adapt to the dynamic changes of requirement.At the same time,the complexity of products is getting higher and higher,and more efficient complex product design is particularly important for product development.Adaptable design can meet the needs of new users through the reuse of some existing design schemes.It has been widely valued by industry and academia because it can fully reuse the existing design knowledge and manufacturing resources of enterprises.Therefore,the data-driven adaptable design method of complex products is proposed.Taking the screw conveyor of typical complex products as an example,the data-driven adaptable design method of complex products is illustrated.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of adaptable design,combined with the product life cycle data,this thesis puts forward the adaptable design method of complex products,including data-driven,complex product adaptable design mode and complex product adaptable evaluation system.Secondly,establish the adaptability evaluation method of complex product architecture,establish the correlation matrix through the relationship between the product architecture model and parts,use the hierarchical clustering method to divide the products into modules to produce different product architecture schemes,and evaluate the adaptability of the product architecture through the evaluation indexes of modularity,minimum description length and equilibrium degree.Then,the parameter modeling of complex products and the evaluation of adaptability to requirement change are explained.Through the classification of parameters,different parameters are corresponding to different stages of the design process.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the qualitative requirement in parameter transmission.This thesis proposes an evaluation method for adaptability to requirement change,and the parameter modeling and transmission and the requirement change adaptability evaluation of screw conveyor are explained.Finally,the data-driven adaptive design software development of complex products is carried out.Analyze the software architecture,integration framework,development requirements and development process,and take screw conveyor as an example to develop screw conveyor design software,integrating screw conveyor requirement input,module configuration,parameter calculation,parametric modeling,boundary condition setting,result display,Data import and other functions,and a calculation example of screw conveyor is given. |
