Improved Design Of An Automated Sample Sorting System Module Based On Medical Testing TLA

At present,with the rapid development of social economy,people’s quality of life is also improving,people are more and more concerned about their health,and along with the impact of the accelerated aging of the population,medical demand has expanded significantly.The country is paying more and more attention to the development of the medical device field,and on June 1,2021,the State Drug Administration implemented the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices,in which several regulations encourage the development of medical device innovation.It is urgent to upgrade and improve the old medical testing equipment.In this paper,the author is mainly responsible for the preliminary research,requirement analysis,product design,system design and module design in the project.From the perspective of requirements analysis,I designed the product improvement design of the internal medical testing TLA(Total Laboratory Automation)automated sorting system module.Firstly,we summarize the medical device design principles and design concepts by collecting and analyzing relevant contents such as preliminary research as a prerequisite.Second,through theoretical analysis and product research,the current problems and future development trends in this field are summarized,and then expert interviews are conducted through expert group construction.The design requirements are roughly classified according to the expert interviews,and the design model construction of hierarchical analysis(AHP)is carried out.In this paper,an evaluation index system for the improved design of the automated sorting system module based on medical testing TLA was established.The weighting is quantified by experts scoring each level of indicators to guide the subsequent design strategy development.Based on the design strategy,design practice is carried out,design sketch scheme,design sketch optimization scheme,and final scheme are designed and produced,while module design as well as UI interface and flow design are completed,and finally design practice is implemented with the help of company resources.
