| At present, the problem of population aging in China is becoming increasingly serious, which has become a major challenge to national development,of which the gap of pension buildings is the key link.At the same time, the protection, renewal and utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks in China is also one of the key issues of academic concern.Combining the above two issues, the paper puts forward the aging suitable transformation of residential historical and cultural blocks as a way of activating and utilizing pension buildings.Based on the results of user demand analysis, the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of creating aging suitable residential historical and cultural blocks, which opens up new ideas for the activation and utilization of residential historical and cultural blocks, and has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all, through field research and analysis and reference to relevant building codes, the problems existing in Qingdao residential historical and cultural blocks from the perspective of aging adaptation are summarized,33 typical user behaviors in Qingdao residential historical and cultural blocks are obtained, and the transformation between user behaviors and user needs is realized, which provides support for the construction of subsequent user demand hierarchy models;Secondly, based on the Kano model theory, the questionnaire survey and the importance identification of user needs are completed, and the importance ranking of user needs is obtained through the importance calculation formula, thus establishing a hierarchical model of user needs for the aging adaptation transformation of residential historical and cultural blocks, which provides a direction for the follow-up space optimization strategy; Finally, based on the demand hierarchy model, taking Qingdao“Shanghai Road—Wuding Road”Historical and Cultural District as an example, the paper puts forward the design strategy and practice of the aging adaptation transformation of residential historical and cultural district space, which provides a reference for the design activities in related fields. This study introduces the theory of user needs into the design of the aging adaptation transformation of residential historical and cultural blocks, aiming to form a user-oriented design mode, which is conducive to optimizing the aging adaptation transformation design of residential historical and cultural blocks and providing a new user needs oriented mode. |
