| According to the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,China’s economy has shifted from a phase of high-speed growth to a phase of high-quality development.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made it clear that China should build a territorial space layout and support system for high-quality development,and promote high-quality development of the Belt and Road.In recent years,the survey and design units all over the privatization and mixed ownership reform,at the same time,water resources and hydropower planning and design industry faces also in the dynamic change of environment,to review and summarize HDGS group company internal and external environment,and establish strategic transformation plan for them,to adapt to the new development demand,it is very necessary.This paper adopts the theory and method of enterprise strategic management to study the development strategy of HDGS Group company,hoping to solve the development problem of HDGS Group company at the same time,to provide some reference for the development of the same industry.This paper first uses PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the political,economic,social and technological environment of the industry to be transformed by HDGS Group,as well as the supply and demand relations and competition between the industry and upstream and downstream.The advantages and disadvantages of SWOT matrix are analyzed,and the possible opportunities and threats are discussed.Based on the analysis results and comprehensive analysis,this paper believes that HDGS Group company should give priority to the implementation of concentrated differentiation strategy,and then according to the short-,medium-and long-term strategic goals,respectively,formulate the technology and product differentiation strategy,service region,business domain diversification strategy and supporting service integration strategy;The corresponding strategy implementation path is to quickly grasp the science and technology,actively implement the strategy promotion,fully expand the business market,constantly enrich the regional design and improve the supporting service system;Finally,according to the strategy implementation path,the strategy implementation guarantee measures in management guarantee,brand guarantee and human resources are formulated. |
