A Research On The Development Strategy Of D Company Under The Background Of Carbon Neutralization

In the context of the national strategic target of carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,various local governments have put forward higher environmental protection requirements and given more powerful policy support for the treatment of solid waste in construction.In this paper,adhering to the principle of harmless and resource-based recycling of construction solid waste,the paper explores the green development strategy and path of D Company.In this paper,D Company,a construction solid waste treatment and environmental protection building materials R&D and manufacturing enterprise,is taken as the research object.Firstly,the political,economic,social and technological environment of D company is analyzed,and the Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the competition situation of enterprises with different strategic forms in the same industry in the same region.Then,EFE matrix analysis is used to evaluate the effective responses of key external factors such as green building substitution,national regulatory policies,economic situation and urbanization rate under the background of carbon neutrality of D company.Then the IFE matrix analysis is used to evaluate D company’s financial situation,market recognition,production and quality control capabilities,technology research and development capabilities,and obtain D company’s unique strengths and weaknesses.Finally,based on SWOT matrix analysis,the enterprise’s SO strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy and WT strategy are deduced,and the QSPM matrix is established to analyze the key factors of opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses.It is concluded that D company is suitable for WO strategy,and the strategic implementation plan should increase the investment in equipment technology and introduce professional talents.As soon as possible,a production line for solidification treatment of silt and muck will be put online to expand capacity and make good use of existing plant resources.Roof distributed photovoltaic power station will be introduced.While using green energy,surplus electricity can be connected to the grid and sold.The research of this paper is to clarify the future development direction of D company,and also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
