| China’s power market has been long under control.The monopoly of power enterprises on the power market is gradually broken a long with the deepening of market-oriented reform and the introduction of market competition mechanism.In 2015,Hunan Province carried out the pilot reform,power market gradually increased the proportion of direct transactions,and power market competition is increasingly fierce.Some traditional hydropower enterprises are subject to the influence of planned power generation for a long time,and lack of marketing talents,marketing management consciousness and customer service experience,so they cannot adapt to the change of market situation.On the basis of the situation of power market reform,hydropower enterprises urgently need to adapt to the background of “New Power Reform”,strengthen the analysis and judgment of power market,deepen the research of power market transaction rules,and change the traditional sales thinking,actively participate in the tide of power market reform,market-oriented thinking to participate in competition,open the power trading market.Based on the actual progress of the new round of power system reform,this paper takes XS Power Generation Company as the research object and analyzes the current general environment of power marketing from the perspective of marketing,which is related to the business development of the company,pointing out the current problems,such as weak awareness of market competition,weak marketing force,imperfect management system and narrow sales channels,in the application of modern technology to reduce enterprise operating costs,widening power sales channels and other aspects of suggestions,can promote the XS Power Generation Company to change its business philosophy,assist XS Power Company change "Emphasizing production and neglecting marketing" business management thinking,expand power marketing channels,cultivate high-quality marketing teams,improve the internal management system,conform to the direction of market development,improve market share,raise the brand image,and promote higher quality development of the enterprise.This paper has the instruction significance to the XS Company’s marketing,simultaneously provides the reference for the similar power generation company to optimize the power marketing strategy.5 figures,6 tables,62 references... |
