With the rise of the business model of online purchase and offline transaction and mobile payment,the real-time delivery market is gradually emerging.With the emerging real-time delivery model,it usually refers to the special logistics distribution model that can meet the delivery within one hour.Without distribution scale,government policy,instant distribution market also appeared the distribution of supply and demand mismatch,especially distribution order demand for distribution peak,lead to some order distribution delay,and reduce the customer to the instant delivery service satisfaction,therefore,in order to reduce customer distribution waiting time,improve customer satisfaction as the goal,how to optimize the distribution route become the instant distribution market problems to be solved.In order to solve the above problems,this paper first establishes the instant delivery routing optimization model aiming at maximizing customer satisfaction,and also establishes the two-stage hierarchical clustering--adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm to solve it.That is,the hierarchical clustering algorithm is first used to merge the clustering of orders to improve the efficiency of distribution routing optimization.Then,the adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm is used to solve the model of the clustered order cluster,and then the applicability of the algorithm is verified.Secondly,different customer time sensitivity is divided into three levels.A customer satisfaction model considering customer time sensitivity heterogeneity is designed and solved algorithmically.By comparison with the solution results without considering customer time-sensitivity differences,the routing optimization results for customers considering time-sensitive heterogeneity are better.Finally,introduces the concept of personalized customer time sensitivity,established considering personalized time sensitive customer satisfaction routing optimization model,and use two stage algorithm,the solution results with the first two strategies,consider personalized time sensitive customer satisfaction routing optimization model most accord with the actual situation,and after the optimization of each route average customer satisfaction is optimal.Meanwhile,to further verify the applicability of the model,it is applied to different sizes,and the results are further analyzed.The research enriched the real-time distribution routing optimization field considering the customer time sensitivity research theory,put forward the consideration of customer personalized time sensitivity strategy for real-time delivery service to further improve customer satisfaction provides a new idea,also for the future real-time delivery platform research personalized custom delivery service provides a theoretical basis.
