| With the rapid development of our country’s economy, our country’s logistics industry maintains a relatively fast growth rate, among which logistics transportation industry is an important industry to provide employment and promote economic development in our country, but the profit level of logistics transportation industry in our country is on the low side,so it is very important for the management of logistics transportation cost. When modern logistics enterprises carry out long-distance freight transportation,in order to save the transportation cost, they usually choose large trucks to transport the goods, however, large trucks are faced with traffic jams, environmental pollution, noise and urban traffic control problems. In order to meet the needs of different customers, more and more logistics enterprises begin to adopt cross-docking distribution. In the cross-docking distribution process, the warehouse no longer carries on the goods storage but has the transfer center function,it will enter the warehouse goods according to the customer’s demand to carry on the unloading operation,to enable the rapid sorting, packing and loading of the outgoing goods at the transit centre,as the goods will not be moved up and down the shelves,therefore,cross-docking distribution basically eliminates the storage function of the traditional warehouse, can use the shortest time goods distribution to the hands of customers.Due to the limited operation capacity of the transit center,if the transport vehicles and the operation card places are arranged improperly in the process of goods transshipment,it will cause the transport vehicles to queue for a long time in the transit center, compete for the card places and so on,increase business costs.Considering the characteristics of cross-docking distribution and the actual logistics distribution scenarios of current enterprises,in this paper, capacity constraint of transit center, time window constraint of customer and load constraint of vehicle are added to the vehicle routing problem of cross-docking distribution, and the mathematical model of cross-depot distribution problem is constructed,in the optimization goal, the minimum total transportation cost is taken as the optimization goal. For the algorithm of solving the model, this paper makes use of the adaptive large-scale neighborhood search algorithm, and studies the deletion and insertion operators, the selection strategy of operators and the termination condition of the algorithm, etc.,adaptive large-scale neighborhood search algorithm can design different operators according to the concrete problem, and the setting of the constraint condition of the optimization model will not affect the efficiency of the algorithm itself, the combination of different operators can achieve different search strategies,so as to obtain a larger search space, can obtain a better solution. The test of the standard data set shows that the algorithm can get good results. Finally, the distribution data of S logistics company is investigated and collected, and the model is applied to the process of vehicle scheduling and route optimization, and the self-adaptive large-scale neighborhood search algorithm is used to solve the problem, the optimized result is compared with the original route planning scheme of S logistics company,it shows that the model and algorithm can effectively reduce the transportation cost, shorten the travel time and improve customer satisfaction. |
