Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of A Company’s Industry And Finance Integration

The traditional management accounting theory and method is established in the era of industrial economy.However,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,especially the rapid improvement of science and technology,The emergence of disruptive technologies such as A(AI artificial intelligence),B(Block Chain Blockchain),C(Cloud computing),D(Big Data),E(Internet-of-Everything)and 5G has intensified market competition.Driving enterprises to transform their modes of operation and innovate their management models.This prompts enterprises to change the traditional financial management mode and carry out financial transformation.In 2016,the Ministry of Finance issued the Basic Guidelines on Management Accounting,emphasizing the need to strengthen the integration of business and finance and promote enterprise transformation.Industry and finance integration can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,improve the level of enterprise operation and management,and better meet the needs of social and economic development.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to choose the new management mode of industry and finance integration.Taking enterprise A as the research object,this thesis analyzes the development of industry and finance integration and points out the problems existing in industry and finance integration: First of all,the company’s industry and finance integration management consciousness is weak;Second,the existing organizational structure can not provide support for the integration of industry and finance;Again unclear rights and responsibilities hinder the integration of industry and wealth;Subsequently,the lack of a perfect and unified electronic information system between industry and finance;Finally,the quality level of financial personnel is not enough to facilitate the integration of industry and finance.In view of these problems,this thesis adopts case analysis method,interview method and so on to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,mainly including: Increase enterprise training efforts,improve industry finance personnel to industry finance integration cognition;Adjust the organizational structure;Clear responsibilities and authority of the department;Optimize ERP information system,integrate and share industry and finance data;Improve the assessment mechanism,enhance the motivation of employees to promote the integration of industry and finance.The research of this thesis hopes to provide corresponding help for A company to promote the industry and finance integration smoothly,and also provide corresponding reference for other medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to promote the industry and finance integration.
