Research On Risk Management Of Private Equity Investment Fund Of RG Investment Company

Private equity investment is a financial innovation business under the new economy.It increases the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises,reduces the financing cost and improves the financing efficiency.It plays a great role in cultivating China’s multi-level financial market.With the rapid development of China’s economy,private equity investment has become a very important part of China’s capital market.In 2014,there were 3366 private equity fund managers in China,with a management scale of 803.817 billion.By the end of 2020,there were14986 private equity fund managers in China,with a management scale of 9871.638 billion,growing rapidly.Private equity investment funds entered China’s capital market relatively late,the relevant systems and regulatory policies of the government are relatively backward and lack of corresponding experience,and there are few cases that can be used for reference in China.The cycle of private equity investment is relatively long,which increases the risk of private equity investment.Strengthening risk management in private equity investment is of great significance to improve investment efficiency and create a good financial environment.This thesis takes RG Investment Company as a case,combines the research results of scholars in this field,and analyzes the basic situation of RG investment company and the existing risk management system on the basis of related concepts and risk theory.Through questionnaire survey and the research method of the analytic hierarchy analysis RG investment company,private equity funds in offering cast pipe annealing marketing campaign there,qualified investors in such as link insufficient recognition,information asymmetry,cast after administration,was for enterprise development is not in line with expectations,unfinished IPO,not be acquired,inability to repurchase,and corresponding measures and Suggestions are given accordingly.The research of RG investment company’s private equity investment in this thesis not only helps to broaden the development path of RG investment company,improve the brand awareness of RG investment company,reduce the risk of private equity investment in the future,but also provides reference and help for similar enterprises in China.
