Nowadays,new clean energy is gradually exploited and utilized,energy grid connection technology is constantly improved,and active distribution network(ADN)which can coordinate and control autonomously is also widely used.Traditional electronic equipment control ability is not enough to meet the renewable energy and load fluctuation the requirement of real time optimization,soft open point(SOP)is a kind of power can be real-time adjustment of intelligent power distribution equipment,which has changed the traditional power supply mode of distribution network,reduces the power supply accidents caused by the mechanical break of the traditional switch,and improves the flexibility and reliability of distribution network.Therefore,this paper studies the improved multi-objective gray Wolf algorithm to solve the active distribution network reconfiguration problem based on SOP.With the aim of improving the problem that the standard gray Wolf algorithm is easy to fall into local optimal on account of the lack of searching ability,the competitive sharing mechanism of particle swarm niche technology is added to the standard gray Wolf algorithm,and a new intelligent algorithm--the muti-particle swarm wolf optimization based on niche technology is obtained.The multi-objective test functions ZDT1 and ZDT2 were used to test the improved gray Wolf algorithm.The results show that the muti-particle swarm wolf optimization is not easy to fall into local optimal and the solution results are basically consistent with the real Pareto frontier.In order to realize the purpose of reducing voltage fluctuation of distribution network,reducing line loss and continuously regulating system power flow distribution.This paper proposes an active distribution network reconstruction strategy based on SOP,and establishes an active distribution network timing optimization model with the ultimate optimization objective of reducing network loss and voltage deviation.The muti-particle swarm wolf optimization is used to solve the multi-objective problem and nonlinear constraint problem.Finally,the simulation that is carried out in IEEE33 node system results show that using SOP in active distribution network can effectively improve the network loss and voltage situation,compared with the traditional contact switch.Considering the energy storage system and demand response strategy in order to reduce the peak valley load difference and improve the economic operation of the power distribution network,combined with energy storage system,this article will SOP to join price demand response model,put forward in distribution network based on intelligent energy storage soft switch and demand response joint optimization strategy,and introduce investment cost variation and voltage deviation both user satisfaction model of product,The optimization goal is to combine user satisfaction with network loss cost and SOP use cost.Finally,the simulation is carried out in the node example system,and the results show that the optimization model combining demand response and intelligent energy storage soft switch has better optimization effect on the distribution network.
