Public Facilities Design Of Urban Smart Park

With the continuous maturity and application of digital twin,Internet of Things,5G communication and other technologies,urban smart parks,as an important carrier of regional economic development,have ushered in a critical period of historical development.Under the guidance of the "Digital China" policy,the model of urban industrial park construction and development also needs to be upgraded and transformed from traditional industrial park to smart industrial park.On the other hand,as an important part of the construction of smart parks,public facilities are also part of the functions of the park,and they also need to develop themselves in the context of digitalization and intelligence.Therefore,how to solve the design and planning problems of public facilities under the impetus of new technologies and new models has become an important topic to be explored in the construction of smart parks.Based on the above background,This paper aims to explore the design issues of public facilities in smart city parks,with Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center as the target area.Through literature research,field investigation,and case analysis,the characteristics and functions of the smart city park system are analyzed.Based on the principles and value system of public facility design,the paper constructs strategies and objectives for public facility design in smart city parks.In terms of design methodology,factors such as user groups,spatial characteristics,facility placement,and demand analysis of the target area are considered.A smart public facility service system is established,and through practical work,product design plans for public facilities in smart city parks are formulated.The research results highlight the importance and necessity of smart public facilities,and explore the specific strategies and plans for public facility design in smart city parks from a practical perspective.This paper provides valuable experience and reference for the design and development of public facilities in future smart parks and smart cities,and has important practical value and promotion significance.
