Research On The Development And Design Of Public Lighting Facilities In Beijing Core Area Under The Background Of Smart City

The urban master plan of Beijing（2016-2035）puts forward the requirements of urban spatial structure with the core area of the capital as the construction core,that is,the east city and the West City as the core bearing area of Beijing’s political and cultural development,the key area of historical and cultural name protection and the important window to highlight the national image.At the same time,the 13 th five year development plan and the strategic deployment requirements of building Beijing as the "city of design" put forward the leading role of design in urban construction.In this context,public facilities as an important part of urban construction,its intelligent construction and management level of improvement of smart city construction has important practical significance.In terms of the application of design theory system,combined with the concept of smart city and the theory of product design elements,the collaborative work framework among applicable objects,facility products,smart technology,regional culture and other elements in the design process of public facilities is improved.The smart lighting facility system in residential area is taken as the design object,and the street space in the core area of Beijing is taken as the place interface,The concept of building information model and interaction design are the technical basis of street construction.Through the field investigation method,user research method and other in-depth mining target object demand,put forward the innovation of public facilities design and management mode,expand the efficiency advantage of building information model technology to the whole life cycle management of intelligent public facilities.Combined with the practical problems of the community development in the core area of Beijing,this paper analyzes its interactive function needs,adheres to the concept of serving Beijing and building Beijing,realizes the smart public facilities from the perspective of design innovation,and promotes the development of smart city.The design results are represented by Online + offline products of "smart public facilities system" and "smart city management platform".Offline provides core function guarantee for users through smart public facilities product chain,and online improves the management efficiency of product providers and operators by integrating building information model technology and Internet of things technology.The design of public lighting facilities in Beijing core area under the background of smart city is verified by two practical cases of design method optimization and product innovation design.
