Gas turbine is a general term for various types of aviation jet engines and their derivative gas turbines, heavy(power generation)gas turbines and various micro gas turbines. The intake system of gas turbine is an important system of gas turbine. The three branch technologies of filter system, noise reduction structure and anti-icing device in the intake system are also taken as the mainstream to a new height.Based on patent data, this paper makes an in-depth study on the technical development path of gas turbine intake system, explores its research and development technology hotspots, clarifies the key technical direction, guides the future development focus, and promotes the rapid development of gas turbine intake system industry. In this paper, literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and patent map analysis are used. With the help of patent literature in the field of gas turbine intake system technology, this paper comprehensively explores the patent development trend in this field from the aspects of application trend, layout, key innovation subjects, hot technology topics,IPC and technology development route, and establishes a patent evaluation system to analyze the network evolution of key patents. Finally, summarize the technical roadmap of the hot topic drawing subsystem. The specific research conclusions are as follows :According to the analysis of patent data of gas turbine intake system, the patent development trend can be divided into : technology germination period, slow development period and rapid development period;the market layout is mainly concentrated in the United States,China,Britain,Japan and France;the patent technology mainly focuses on the filter and separator and the optimization of the inlet pipe path, followed by the heat exchange heat transfer system;in terms of key innovation entities, the late start of China’s innovation entities has led to fewer patents applied, and there are no patents licensed and pledged;the proportion of patents under review is relatively high, and the application duration is short;there are also few patent directions that are valued by innovation entities in various countries. In terms of high-quality patent identification,a high-quality patent screening system is constructed to screen patents, and key patents in the development process of gas turbine intake system are found in combination with the patent field situation, and these key patents are used as data sources to draw the technical roadmap of each subsystem. From the perspective of patent network evolution, the technology theme is developing towards the direction of intelligence, digitization and integration.Although the main body of innovation in the technical branch of the R & D start-up period is different, the type of applicant and the applicant for each branch of the R & D investment is not the same, but GE,Siemens,Rolls-Royce and other leading enterprises in the technical branches have shown absolute advantage, the domestic innovation main body in the past two decades of rapid development, but has not yet formed an effective patent layout;the evolution of technology in this field among regions also reflects that European and American countries have always occupied a dominant position in the process of technological development.China should follow the pace of globalization, start with the introduction of cooperation, and gradually develop core technologies with independent intellectual property rights.Based on the above analysis conclusions, suggestions are made from the aspects of future development direction, focusing on competitors, improving patent volume and quality, targeted patent layout, and developing industrial alliances.
