| As a basic industry,construction enterprises play a vital role in the national economy.With the intensification of competition in construction enterprises,capital advances have become the norm,the book value of accounts receivable continues to increase,the recovery period of accounts receivable is generally longer,and the proportion of bad debts is high,which affects the capital turnover and economic benefits of construction enterprises.Based on this,it is of strong practical significance to study the management of accounts receivable of construction engineering enterprises.Taking H Construction Engineering Company as the research object,through the literature induction method and case analysis method,based on the whole process management theory of accounts receivable,this paper first defines the definition and objectives,processes and main contents of accounts receivable management of construction engineering enterprises and construction engineering enterprises,and then briefly introduces the basic situation of H Construction Engineering Company and the current situation and effect of accounts receivable management,and then analyzes the accounts receivable management problems of H Construction Engineering Company from the three links of accounts receivable before,during and after the management.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and implementation guarantees are proposed.The results of the study show that the book balance of accounts receivable of H Construction Engineering Company is increasing year by year,and the growth rate of accounts receivable is higher than the industry average,the turnover rate of accounts receivable is higher than the industry average and the same type of state-owned enterprises,the proportion of accounts receivable in current assets is increasing year by year and higher than that of similar enterprises,and the proportion of accounts receivable in operating income and total assets is higher than that of state-owned enterprises of the same type in the same industry,and the proportion of accounts receivable for bad debt provision has increased significantly.H Construction Engineering Company’s accounts receivable management is ineffective.H construction engineering company accounts receivable prior management there is a lack of accounts receivable budget,accounts receivable credit policy is unreasonable and other issues,the management of accounts receivable report and analysis is incomplete,accounts receivable control is not comprehensive,accounts receivable general control links,in addition to the project department outside the department involved in accounts receivable recovery work less,accounts receivable special control links,only took a special collection method,did not take accounts receivable financing control and other issues,There are problems such as lack of effective accounts receivable recovery and assessment mechanism and lack of special audits of accounts receivable management efficiency in the post-event management of accounts receivable.In view of the above problems:in the pre-management process of accounts receivable:establish an accounts receivable budget,improve the credit management system to formulate a reasonable credit policy for accounts receivable,the management process of accounts receivable:strengthen the supervision of various departments on the recovery of project receivables in the general control link of accounts receivable,establish a regular reconciliation system for the financial department,increase the intensity of collection,and the post-event management process of accounts receivable:conduct a special audit of the benefits of accounts receivable management.In order to ensure the implementation of the above optimization measures,corresponding safeguard measures have also been formulated:strengthening the corporate culture of accounts receivable management,establishing a special accounts receivable management department,improving the accounts receivable management system,and establishing an accounts receivable management information system. |
