With the continuous development of China’s society,the application of oxygen has gradually penetrated into all walks of life,especially high concentration of oxygen has an extremely important role in industry,aerospace,medical and other industries.In today’s epidemic environment,high concentrations of oxygen are of great help to the recovery of moderately and severely ill patients,and with the liberalization of social lockdown,oxygen supply will be more scarce.At the same time,the semi-automatic oxygen generator control system wastes manpower and financial resources to a large extent,and the high-concentration oxygen prepared by the oxygen generator has strong combustion,and there are certain safety hazards in the on-site work of the staff.The oxygen generator control system based on embedded and Internet of Things technology has the advantages of fast,stable,convenient,automatic and remote control,which can greatly reduce labor costs and reduce safety hazards.Therefore,the development of the control system of oxygen generator has good social value and development prospects.Based on the analysis and summarization of domestic and foreign oxygen production methods and remote control system methods and cases,this project fully demonstrates its feasibility based on pressure swing adsorption oxygen production method and embedded web technology,and selects a scheme based on STM32 microcontroller and embedded web technology to build a pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator control system.The main tasks completed in this project are as follows:First,the design scheme of the control system of the oxygen generator is proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of multiple oxygen production methods were compared,and the two-bed pressure swing adsorption oxygen production method was determined as the preparation method of oxygen in this research topic.According to the working characteristics of the two-bed pressure swing adsorption oxygen production method,the control process and method of the oxygen generator are designed;At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of multiple remote communication are compared,and Ethernet is selected as the communication method between the PC and the embedded microcomputer.Second,complete the design and manufacture of the oxygen generator control system.Analyze the demand for the remote control system of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator,and complete the selection of components including main control chips,circuit components,sensors,network communication chips and other components;Design the system schematic circuit and complete the PCB layout through Altium Designer software.Electrical analysis and verification of PCB through Huaqiu DFM software;Finally,the PCB board is printed,the components are purchased to be soldered and the circuit is debugged to verify its feasibility.Third,according to the control process and remote control method of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator control system,the main control module,sensor module,humancomputer interaction module,inverter drive module,Ethernet communication module and other control programs are written,and tested to realize the preprocessing and remote communication of the sensor signal of the oxygen generator.Fourth,based on B/S architecture,use front-end languages HTML,CSS,JavaScript to design a set of web control software.Using AJAX asynchronous refresh technology,the embedded web server is accessed through the PC browser,and the data transmission between the browser and the embedded web server is realized by XML,and the remote control,data acquisition,remote alarm,parameter setting and other operations of the oxygen generator are realized.Fifth,the performance test of the main module and the joint debugging of the whole machine show that the system can operate stably and meet the expected design goals.
