| The fire-resistance performance of four ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard(ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard)with cavities is investigated by the single-sided fire tests.Test phenomenons such as the escaping of water vapor and crack distribution are studied-besides,the fire resistance performance of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard with cavities are analyzed from the three terms:thermal response,out-of-plane displacement,and fire resistance.Besides,the commercial finite element(FE)software ABAQUS is used to establish the the temperature field model and the thermal-mechanical coupling model.Based on the verified model,the effective parameters are studied in detail.Here are the main contents.1.The cavity geometric characteristics(shape,diameter and side length),volume cavity ratio(cavity number)and the presence or absence of insulation material of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard are taken as the designed parameters,and four ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard with cavities are tested by the single-sided fire test.Test phenomenons for the unheated surface such as the escaping of water vapor and flame penetration are observed.The relationship between temperature,displacement with heating time,the temperature distribution along the thickness of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard at different time,and the fire resistance of all specimens are studied.The crack distributions are observed after cooling on the heated surface.The effect of the cavity geometric characteristics on the fire-resistance preformance has been studied by analyzing the test results.2.Then,the refined FE models are developed for the real behavior of four ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard with single-sided fire conditions in the heating environment.The temperaturetime curves,the contour plot of the temperature and temperature gradient nephograms,the out-ofplane displacement-time curves and the contour plot of lateral deformation are analized comprensively.Test results are compared with numerical results to verify the accuracy of the fe model.3.Based on the verified FE model,the effective factors of the fire-resistance of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard(such as cavity hole area,cavity volume ratio,heating curve,ceramsite concrete density,insulation material types and rock wool density)are parametricly analyzed,and the effective rules of each parameter on the fire-resistance of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard are determined.This paper provides reference for fire-resistance design of ceramsite concrete lightweight wallboard. |
