| Since twenty-first Century,China’s linear guide industry sales ushered in explosive growth,but the domestic share is low,most rely on imports.At present,the mechanical machine tool automation industry requires high precision,high speed,and large stroke of the guide rail,and faces the problem that the production output cannot match the market demand.In the face of today’s environment,guide rail enterprises need to optimize the production process,ensure product quality,enhance product capacity,improve product competitiveness in the current environment,H company is in the traditional production to intelligent manufacturing forward critical period,has a certain representative.Therefore,this dissertation selects the high-end precision guide rail profile of H company as the research object,finds out the problems in the current production process,and designs the optimization scheme accordingly.The details are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the research status of production process optimization at home and abroad,the production data are obtained through field investigation,and the current situation of production process,production workshop and field management are described.According to the production cycle and production load coefficient of high-end precision guide rail profiles,the production process problems are expounded,and the workshop layout and field management problems are expounded according to the field visit.Secondly,the corresponding optimization scheme is designed for the three aspects of production process,workshop layout and field management.In the production process to identify bottlenecks in the process,the design of a higher balance of the optimization program,the design of rapid mold optimization program and the establishment of information sharing network platform;in the aspect of workshop layout,the mathematical model is established according to the current situation of the workshop,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model based on the constraint conditions,and the optimized relative position is obtained.In the field of management,design inventory management,production environment and quality management optimization.Third,this dissertation from the production process,workshop layout and site management three aspects of the implementation of the optimization program.In the production process,the ECRS principle is used to improve the production process,and the production line is improved according to the rapid die change scheme,and the information sharing network platform is established to improve the information level of H company.In terms of workshop layout,the workshop layout and material handling route are improved according to the optimization scheme.In the field management,this study uses information sharing network platform to implement inventory management optimization program,uses 8S management to improve the production environment,and uses total quality management to improve product quality.Finally,the comparison of production process,workshop layout and field management before and after optimization shows that the optimization effect is obvious.This study puts forward safeguard measures in production process,workshop layout and field management to ensure the optimal implementation of these three aspects,and provides reference for similar enterprises. |
