| Sluice in coastal regions plays an important role in flood and tide control,water resources utilization and other aspects,and provids guarantee for the economic development of cities in the whole coastal area.However,the marine environmental conditions are even worse.The unique factors of the marine environment,such as soft soil foundation and sea water erosion,cause the sluice chamber settlement,concrete structure rust and crack,metal structure corrosion and other diseases,which seriously threaten the safe operation of the sluice under the marine environmental conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the service risk of sluice under marine environment conditions.The main contents are as follows:(1)The characteristics and hazards of soft soil foundation are discussed.The square pile foundation sluice model and natural foundation sluice model are respectively established by ABAQUS software,and the influence of foundation treatment on the settlement of sluice on soft soil foundation is compared and analyzed.Based on the measured settlement data of sluice,hyperbola method,GM(1,1)grey model method and GM(1,1)-hyperbola combined prediction method are used to predict the settlement of sluice,and the predicted final settlement of sluice is obtained.(2)The mechanism and influence of rust expansion and cracking of concrete under Marine environment conditions were analyzed,carbonization and chloride ion erosion were taken as control conditions,the calculation principle of steel corrosion was studied,the prediction and optimization model of steel corrosion depth interval was established,the calculation program of steel corrosion depth was compiled by python language,and the relationship diagram between steel corrosion depth and service life was drawn.The influence of Marine environmental conditions on concrete rust expansion was studied by comparative analysis.(3)The causes of gate corrosion under Marine environment are expounded.The precorrosion model and post-corrosion model of gate are established by ABAQUS software to explore the influence of gate corrosion on the deflection and stress state of gate components.The life prediction method of steel gate based on D-H curve and performance degradation and the statistical data of steel corrosion were used to predict the remaining life of steel gate in Marine environment.(4)Build the risk analysis index system of sluice service under Marine environment conditions,quantify the qualitative and quantitative indicators,respectively use the adjacent dominance method,Gini coefficient method and independent information data fluctuation method for index weight,and use the improved grey relational method for weight fusion,establish the risk analysis model based on the fault tree method.Finally,the service risk probability of sluice in Marine environment is obtained,which provides the basis for managers to make decisions.(5)Using C#programming software for the development of sluice service risk analysis system under Marine environment conditions,provides a convenient and effective calculation tool for sluice risk analysis. |
