Manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country,and manufacturing servitization is the inevitable result of economic and social development.China’s traditional manufacturing industry is easy to fall into the dilemma of low-end manufacturing,while manufacturing servitization is an important aspect for manufacturing enterprises to move towards high-end.With the development of science and technology,data technologies such as data analysis and Internet of Things,as well as the proposal of "Made in China 2025" and "14th Five-Year" Smart Manufacturing Development Plan,the integration of servitization and data technologies in manufacturing enterprises is an inevitable trend.The 20 th Report emphasizes the promotion of high-end,intelligent and green development of manufacturing industry.Under the new data technology,the servitization paths of manufacturing enterprises also need to be changed.Therefore,this paper selects enterprise A as the research object to carry out a series of studies on its servitization paths under data technology.First of all,this paper discusses the basic information and development status of enterprise A.Then,based on the literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concepts related to manufacturing servitization and data technology.Based on the configuration thinking,the factors of servitization of manufacturing enterprises under the data technology are discussed,and the logic is sorted out.It is believed that multi-level and multi-factor interaction jointly affects the servitization of manufacturing enterprises under data technology,including internal factors(digital service capability,big data analysis capability,connection capability,data security capability)and external environmental factors(institutional environment,platform support)of the organization.Secondly,the configuration model of servitization of manufacturing enterprises under data technology is constructed.Taking 117 domestic listed manufacturing enterprises as samples,six paths to high servitization under the data technology are revealed through the fs QCA method,which are summarized as the connection capability-oriented paths and digital service capability-supported paths.After that,through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,score enterprise A’s servitization factor indicators under the data technology.The scoring results show that enterprise A’s indicators are at a good level.Through further horizontal comparison,it is found that enterprise A has a high score in connection capability,platform support,institutional environment and digital service capability.Data security capability and big data analysis capability score relatively low,and based on this,the appropriate paths are matched for enterprise A.The research finds that there are three paths suitable for enterprise A’s servitization development under data technology.Of the four high antecedents required by Path 1,enterprise A meets three of them,and these three are among the top three in enterprise A’s index score.The selection of Path 2 and Path 3 takes the connection ability of enterprise A with the highest score and the advantages of its institutional environment into account.Finally,according to the empirical results and the characteristics of enterprise A,strategies and suggestions are put forward for its implementation of the paths of servitization under data technology. |
