After the 2008 economic crisis broke out,developed countries began to realize the importance of manufacturing to the development of the country.Therefore,policies such as "Industrial 2.0","Industry 4.0" and "Re-industrialization" were introduced to promote the transformation of manufacturing.In this context,China began to examine the development of its own manufacturing industry and found that the manufacturing industry has a series of problems of low technological level,high resource consumption and rising labor costs.Therefore,it absorbs the transformation experience of developed countries and transforms the manufacturing industry.Policies such as "Made in China2025" and "Guidelines for the Development of Service-Oriented Manufacturing Special Actions" have determined that service-oriented is an important way for manufacturing transformation,and encourages support for manufacturing enterprises to serve,in order to break the bureau.In the process of manufacturing service development,the impact of service on corporate performance has become the focus of both enterprises and scholars.The article aims to analyze the relationship between manufacturing service and business performance,and to explore the situational factors that affect the relationship between the two.On the basis of comprehensive research,the article divides service into three categories: product-oriented service(POS),function-oriented service(FOS)and application-oriented service(AOS).The impact of service on the financial performance and operational performance of the enterprise,and the adjustment of the technical capabilities and marketing capabilities based on the resource allocation theory.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the research hypothesis was formed,and statistical analysis of 747 samples of 249 companies was conducted using Stata 15.1 to test the theoretical model hypothesis.Finally,Zoomlion is selected as the research object.The case study method is used to analyze the relationship between service and enterprise performance and its influencing factors from a dynamic perspective,so as to further test the theoretical hypothesis and propose countermeasures.The study found that product-oriented service and financial performance showed a "U" relationship,and operational performance showed an "inverted U" relationship;functional-oriented service and financial performance and operational performance all showed a "U" relationship;application orientation Type service has a positive impact on financial performance and operational performance.Technical ability and marketingability have some adjustment effects on the main effect.Among them,technical ability has positive adjustment effect on POS-financial performance and AOS-financial performance;marketing ability has positive effect on POS-financial performance and POS-operational performance.Promote the role and have a negative adjustment effect on FOS-operational performance.According to the research conclusions,the service enterprise can help the enterprise to break through the bottleneck and obtain a new profit model.However,the enterprise needs to rationally allocate resources and select the service type suitable for the company’s own development to promote the service,so that it can reach earlier.The service turning point enables service to create higher revenue for the enterprise as soon as possible.
