The Research On The Evaluation Of Production Vehicles Driving Service In Shandong Power Grid Project

As an important part of logistics support,production vehicle driving service ensures the orderly development of various electric power production operations and daily work of power supply enterprises.Especially today,the pace of domestic power grid project construction is accelerating.Production vehicle has become a safe and reliable means of transportation on the site of power grid project.At the same time,production vehicle driving service also strongly supports the construction and operation of the whole cycle of power grid project.However,at present,the domestic and foreign academic circles have insufficient research on the service quality of the industry,and have not yet formed a mature professional theoretical system,which limits the normative and healthy development of the service enterprises in the industry.Therefore,this thesis will carry out the evaluation and research on the relevant quality with the goal of optimizing the driving service of the power grid engineering production vehicles.This thesis refers to the research results of different scholars at home and abroad on service quality evaluation and vehicle driving service,combined with the actual situation of vehicle driving service produced by the power grid project in Shandong Province,taking the vehicle user as the service perception subject,and based on the SERVPERF service quality evaluation model through the reliability and validity verification of the data collected from the questionnaire,The evaluation system of production vehicle driving service of Shandong power grid project with four dimensions(tangibility,reliability,assurance,empathy)and fourteen indicators is constructed.At the same time,in order to verify the practicability of the service evaluation system,take the driving service of the production vehicles of the 500 kV LX power transmission and transformation project as the actual case to study,combine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,obtain the dimensions,index scores and comprehensive evaluation scores of the case,analyze and elaborate the existing problems and shortcomings of the driving service according to the scoring situation,and take the four dimensions and fourteen indicators as the starting point of the study,from the service personnel Starting from the two aspects of vehicle equipment,aiming at the problems found at each indicator level,the improvement and optimization measures of service quality are proposed one by one,which points out the exploration direction for improving the quality of vehicle driving service and strengthening the company’s service management.The research results show that the evaluation system of production vehicle driving service of Shandong Power Grid Project constructed in this thesis can systematically and effectively analyze and process various data information in intangible services,realize the quantitative evaluation of the quality of production vehicle driving service,and provide the evaluation model and academic achievements for reference to other vehicle driving services of similar vehicle types or properties,It has laid a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the driving service quality of vehicles produced by the power grid project in Shandong Province and the high-quality development of enterprises in the industry.
