With the advent of new energy vehicles and driverless vehicles,vehicle gateway has gradually become the core hub of vehicle network data interaction,protocol conversion,functional security and other requirements.In the future,the vehicle puts forward higher requirements on the reliability,real-time and universality of the vehicle gateway.At present,the vehicle gateway with a single core controller greatly limits the improvement of the gateway performance.Therefore,the design of a multi-bus vehicle gateway with high reliability,real-time performance and secondary development is of great significance for the research and development of vehicle network.Based on the analysis and research of the architecture of the vehicle bus and the main controller of the vehicle gateway,the overall scheme is developed in this paper.In this design,ZYNQ7020,a heterogeneous multi-core So C chip with integrated ARM and FPGA,is used as the main controller.Power supply,clock,DDR3 memory circuit,Ethernet circuit,serial circuit,JTAG debugging interface circuit,CANFD and Flex Ray bus driver circuit are designed around ZYNQ7020 main controller.On the ARM side of ZYNQ7020,the protocol conversion between CANFD and Flex Ray is realized.Based on the AXI bus integrated inside ZYNQ7020,the vehicle bus logic circuit is designed using FPGA logic resources.This design completes the data acquisition function of the vehicle bus,realizes the real-time cache of the bus data,reduces the delay of the vehicle bus data communication of ARM and FPGA dual-core,and improves the reliability and real-time performance of the vehicle gateway data transmission.Finally,the simulation and debugging of the vehicle gateway board are carried out through the experimental test environment built,and the reliability and real-time performance of data transmission under different clock frequencies are tested and analyzed.The test results show that under the clock drive frequency of50MHz~100MHz,the data transmission accuracy of the vehicle gateway system is above 95%,and the data conversion rate can reach the highest 6.4Mbps,which meets the expected design performance requirements of the vehicle gateway.
