Research On Risk Management Of W Zone Comprehensive Development Project

In recent years,our country’s urbanization construction has been continuously upgraded.In the field of infrastructure construction,Regional comprehensive development projects have become one of the important models for local governments to accelerate the process of local urbanization and promote urban and rural integration and development.At the same time,due to the tightening of national policy and financial difficulties in local governments,the PPP projects gradually decreased,and new models such as ABO have gradually entered public vision.There is still controversy in the legality and compliance of this type of new model,and there are more uncertain factors.Many social capitals lack a full understanding of the risk of investing in the ABO project,insufficient risk management level,and the tightening market in infrastructure investment and construction.In the environment,the management of project risks was ignored for the interests and development of the project,which eventually led to the failure of the project or suffering.This article is targeted at W zone comprehensive development project invested and constructed by Company D.It divides the project into the investment decision-making stage,the project preparation stage,the project implementation stage,and the investment recycling stage.And dealt with research.In the process of risk recognition,Delphi method was used to identify a total of 12 risk factors.In the process of risk assessment,various risk factors were evaluated through the hierarchical analysis method and blur comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk weights and sorting,each stage and overall risk level were determined.In the process of risk response,according to the results of risk assessment and the actual situation of the project,we will focus on proposing response measures for the main risks facing the project.Based on the results of the above analysis and research,Company D has many risk factors in the full life cycle of investment and construction of W zone comprehensive development project,but under the premise of effectively implementing various risk response measures,the project’s investment construction is feasible.In this article,the response measures proposed by the main risks facing the W zone comprehensive development project provides a basis for the risk response during the entire life cycle of the project,which will help the project’s smooth implementation and improve quality and efficiency.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the risk management of this type of project.
