| As the development of electric power industry slows down,the market tends to be saturated,which makes the competition between the individuals of electric power design industry.At the same time,under the background of comprehensively deepening reform in the new era,the reform of electric power system is also carried out simultaneously,and challenges and opportunities arise at the historic moment.In the complex and changeable industry and market environment,ZY company has shown a large number of problems and contradictions in its development.Therefore,according to the sustainable development theory of the new era,to seek the direction and goal of enterprise development,we must start from the reality,stand on the strategic point of view to analyze and evaluate the complex internal and external environment of ZY company and find a suitable path for its own development.Based on the theory of strategic choice,the theory of dynamic capability,the theory of core competitiveness and so on,combined with the vision,mission and objectives of ZY Company,this paper studies the development strategy of ZY Company by using the methods of field investigation,literature research,EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT analysis and other tools on the basis of existing research.The OSPM matrix is applied to analyze the possible strategies,and finally the strategy that ZY company should choose is a turnaround strategy.The specific strategic goal is to strengthen the main design business,seize the opportunities of the new energy industry,enrich the marketing plan,increase the additional services of the design products,and finally become a power design company with scale efficiency and characteristic development based on the province.This paper puts forward a twist development strategy with the characteristics of ZY company.That is to make up for the internal disadvantages,make use of the opportunity of the rapid development of the power industry,explore the development of emerging markets,strengthen product innovation,and bring a new situation for the future development of ZY Company.The implementation scheme and safeguard measures of torsion strategy are put forward.That is,to develop 3D energy storage design products,enrich marketing schemes,increase additional services of design products,and put them into practice under the improvement of safeguard measures such as strengthening the construction of corporate culture,improving the management ability of new energy projects,improving the performance appraisal system,and strengthening the digital technology.This study has important theoretical significance and practical value.It has enriched the theoretical research on strategic choice of electric power design enterprises.At the same time,in the current situation of increasingly fierce competition,it provides strong guiding value for the development strategy,enterprise operation and development ideas of Zhongyuan Electric Power Design Company,a case company. |
