Faraday found that the electromagnetic effect officially opened the curtain of the second industrial revolution,the whole world from the steam era to the power era.Any power operation can not be separated from the support of a series of power equipment,especially in the current social development environment,which is the key stage of the development of China's power industry.Because of the special nature of the industry,the development of the power industry has a huge demand for power equipment,which determines that the power equipment company has broad prospects for development.Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company,as a typical representative of the electric power equipment production industry,through the analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises,explores the development strategy of enterprises,which is of great significance to China's electric power equipment enterprises.The core competitiveness of power equipment enterprises needs not only the recognition and identification of the current market,but also the analysis and judgment of the current market and the future development situation.This is a comprehensive and systematic complex process.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction of the core competitiveness of the power industry.It mainly includes the research background,research significance,research content and research methods of the core competitiveness of the power industry,as well as the literature review on the core competitiveness of the power industry at home and abroad.The full text through this part of the article to build the overall context.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study.This paper focuses on the connotation of the core competitiveness of enterprises,including the concept of the core competitiveness of enterprises,as well as its essential attributes and characteristics.The third part is the internal environment and core competitiveness of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company.This article focuses on the case selected in this paper,namely Simpson Electric Equipment Company.First,it introduces Simpson Electric Equipment Company.Secondly,it analyses the internal resources of Simpson Electric Equipment Company from three aspects: internal resources,financial situation,ability and talent situation.Then it analyses the main business of Simpson Electric Equipment Company.The core competitiveness of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company is analyzed.According to the above contents,the existing problems and the reasons behind the problems are deeply analyzed.Through in-depth study,the author believes that the following problems exist in the core competitiveness of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company,namely,serious brain drain and the power industry implemented in China.Policy and various rules and regulations research and tracking is not timely,future company strategy is vague,knowledge management strategy is imperfect,and so on.The fourth part is the construction of the core competitiveness evaluation index system of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company.In this paper,the author makes a thorough analysis from three aspects: the thinking and model of evaluation research,the construction principle of index system and the concrete design of index system.The fifth part is the core competitiveness evaluation of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company.Here,the author evaluates the core competitiveness of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company,the core competitiveness analysis and the existing problems of the core competitiveness of the company.The sixth part is the strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company.Here,the authorthrough his own work experience and preliminary research,finally put forward the establishment of new ways of management and control,the optimization and improvement of human resources settings,the promotion of commodity innovation level,the formation of corporate culture and the enhancement of diversification model.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect.In a word,this paper analyses the problems and opportunities faced by Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company at the present stage through the study of its development strategy,its operation situation and current situation in recent years,starting from the current situation and trend of economic environment,the world and the development of China's electric power industry,and also points out the problems and opportunities faced by Simpson Electric Power Equipment Company at the present stage.What are the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises at this stage? Some suggestions are put forward to improve the company's operation and profitability and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
