In recent years,the state has given many subsidy policies to support the development of the photovoltaic power generation industry.The cost of photovoltaic power generation has been continuously reduced,and many photovoltaic enterprises have achieved rapid development during this period.This is because along with the development of our national economy,it has brought serious damage to the environment,some damage need to clean themselves for a long time naturally or artificial protect control,under such circumstances,our country attaches more importance to green economy,the government advocates to do both in environmental protection and economic development,adjust the energy structure to reduce damage to the environment and pollution.At the same time,"carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" are pointed out in terms of carbon emissions,and the energy revolution has begun.The next 40 years of efforts will be used to minimize the pollution of carbon emissions to the environment.Energy reform has become the focus of China’s development,and the new energy industry is an important part of it.In this era of opportunities,the photovoltaic industry has become a rising star in the ranks of new energy,and the photovoltaic industry continues to rise,and people’s exploration of solar energy is more in-depth.In the study of photovoltaic power generation,the Harvard analytical framework can provide a clearer picture of the industry’s prospects and provide a basis for corporate strategic decisions.Longi Green Energy is a member of the photovoltaic industry and a leader in the industry.Under the guidance of national policies,Longi Green Energy has achieved rapid development,but in recent years,there have been problems in business operation,the most direct manifestation of which is the difficulty of capital turnover.Therefore,it is necessary to re-explore the future development prospects and strategic layout.Financial analysis using the Harvard Analytical framework.In the first place,I expatiate the related theories of the Harvard analysis framework,and make some interpretations of the development background,status quo and related policies of photovoltaic industry in our country.In this way,we explore the trend of photovoltaic industry.Secondly,it introduces the operating status of Longi Green Energy,and analyzes the financial status of Longi Green Energy with Harvard analysis method,which is divided into four research focuses:strategy,accounting,financial ratio and development prospect.The external environment and competitive strength of Longi green energy are sorted out by using PEST,SWOT and Pote five forces,so as to provide the basis for strategic decision-making of Longi green energy.Analyze the accounting information quality of Longi Green Energy,take key projects as a breakthrough,discuss the actual situation of its debt repayment,operation.profit and development from four perspectives,and look forward to the future market of the photovoltaic industry,excavate the problems in the operation process of Longi green Energy.and put forward targeted strategic implementation plans for it.Based on the research process and content described above,this paper finds that the reason why Longji Green Energy has the industry-leading management level is that it can give full play to its advantages,cope with market changes,respond to national policies,and seize successful opportunities.Through the study of Longji Green Energy,it is found that there are contradictions in its strategy,accounting,finance and prospects which are difficult to resolve.It is necessary to change the thinking of enterprise development,broaden the direction of enterprise development,form the vertical integration development mode,attach importance to green economy and optimize the industrial structure.Improve the turnover efficiency of accounts receivable;Improve cost management level;Optimize the debt structure,use overseas debt to improve the efficiency of fund operation;We will improve the risk mechanism,ensure the normal operation of industrial and capital chains,and comprehensively promote the development of enterprises through a series of measures.The study of this paper can provide referential opinions for the operation of Longji Green Energy,so that the strategic decision-making of the enterprise is more scientific and reasonable.Harvard analysis framework can also guide the photovoltaic industry to reform and update the financial analysis method,improve the financial analysis results of the decision,provide practical experience for the photovoltaic industry’s financial management,and help photovoltaic enterprises to solve the internal financial problems.Moreover,this research can promote the transformation of the green development of photovoltaic industry,practice the "double carbon" requirements put forward by the national policy,optimize the energy structure,and enhance the high quality and sustainable development of our new energy industry.
