Study On Developing Strategy In Vietnam SD Electric Company

Wind power,as a renewable energy,has been paid more and more attention in the world.Reducing carbon emission knows no boundaries.Under the current trend of global energy transition,China’s wind power "going global" can further meet the oversea local demand for green power and sustainable development.As a typical power shortage country,Vietnam is face to the expansion of power consumption and the gradually increasing of demand for renewable energy in its local power market..As one of the countries with the richest wind resources in Southeast Asia,wind power generation is a priority area supported by the Vietnam government.Vietnam is becoming a hot market for new energy development in the world.Relying on their strong technical strength,Chinese wind power enterprises have actively entered Vietnam wind power market and demonstrated strong competitiveness here.The Vietnam market also plays a radiation and leading role in Southeast Asia.Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade is scheduling PDP8,it shows Vietnamese wind power is under a thriving period.At present,there are about 3.5GW wind power projects under construction in Vietnam,and its development prospect is much broad.Vietnam’s wind power,especially offshore wind power,is still expected to maintain rapid growth.Vietnam SD Company is encountering great opportunities and challenges,so it is very important and very necessary to work out suitable development strategy for Vietnam SD Electric Company.In this thesis,according to the development of Vietnam SD Electric Company,through in-depth investigation and study of Vietnamese wind power,using PEST,questionnaire and other analysis tools,the internal resources and external environment of Vietnam SD Electric Company are analyzed,using SWOT,QSPM and other matrices,the development strategy suitable for Vietnam SD Electric Company is obtained,and corresponding strategies and safeguards are given for the development of Vietnam SD Electric Company.It is expected that this study will provide decision-making basis for Vietnam SD Electric Company to achieve sustainable and healthy development,improve its competitiveness,make the volume and output value of new contracts signed by Vietnam SD Electric Company increase steadily,maximize the benefits of enterprises,and realize the healthy,sustainable and high-quality development of this enterprises.The innovative point of this thesis analyzed the global renewable and the development trend of Vietnam’s power market and the development potential of wind power in the future,combined with the characteristics of their own enterprises,concluded a development strategy suitable for the Vietnam SD Electric Company.This thesis combines theory with practice,and the author has a rich overseas work experience.It is the author’s thinking and summary after in-depth analysis of Vietnam’s market environment in recent years,and can provide some help for the development of enterprises in Vietnam.It scientifically evaluates the problems existing in the development of large enterprises,and gives full consideration to how to formulate development strategies suitable for enterprises under the inflexible organizational structure and decision-making mechanism,how to face the complex and changing market changes,how to implement contracts and control risks in the safeguard measures,improve competitiveness,strengthen the localized development path,and improve the integration capacity of various resources.
