| With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,enterprises have derived the phenomenon of separation of ownership and management rights,which allows equity incentives to develop in many enterprises.With the promotion of policies,equity incentives are gradually emerging in enterprises,with the increase of global new energy policies and the active embrace of carbon neutrality,the impact of equity incentives on corporate performance in the power battery manufacturing industry remains to be studied,so the impact of equity incentives on enterprise performance has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to attract and retain outstanding talents,improve corporate governance structure,achieve corporate goals,and then affect corporate performance,this paper takes CATL as the research object,first uses the literature research method to sort out the impact of current equity incentives on enterprise performance,and studies the impact of CATL equity incentive plans on enterprise performance from the principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,corporate governance theory and incentive compatibility theory.This paper introduces the last four equity incentive plans of CATL,mainly from the basic situation of CATL,the motivation for equity incentives,the implementation and exercise of the four equity incentive plans,and analyzes the impact path of equity incentives on enterprise performance,and then uses the event analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the market reaction of the event date of the announcement of the equity incentive plan by CATL,and analyzes the solvency,profitability,operating capacity,and The development capability is compared with BYD without equity incentives,the EVA analysis method is used to evaluate the financial performance of CATL after adopting equity incentives,and the comparative analysis method is used to compare and analyze the human resource structure,innovation ability and market proportion of CATL with BYD,and then the impact of the implementation of the equity incentive plan in CATL on the performance of the enterprise is studied,and the successful experience and shortcomings of the CATL equity incentive plan are summarized.According to the experience of CATL’s four equity incentives,it can be concluded that the implementation of equity incentives has a positive impact on enterprise performance,can attract outstanding talents,ensure the comprehensive development of enterprises,and achieve corporate goals.At the same time,this paper also makes suggestions to CATL and other enterprises planning to carry out equity incentives:increase the scope of equity incentives,set scientific exercise conditions,and set reasonable incentive models,which can strengthen the effect of equity incentives.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism of this company and other similar companies. |
