The normal operation of the city is inseparable from the water supply network.Among the water supply systems,the investment proportion of water supply network is as high as70%.Therefore,the optimal design of water supply network is very important to improve the reliability and economy of water supply system.With the rapid development of computer technology,intelligent optimization algorithm has become the mainstream of network optimization research.In this paper,the water supply pipe network in A district of Jinan City is taken as the research object to explore the construction of hydraulic model of pipe network and the operation state evaluation method,explore the establishment of multi-objective optimization mathematical model and the improvement method of basic whale optimization algorithm,explore the operation method of pipe network optimization program that takes into account economy and reliability,and build the optimal evaluation system of pipe network optimization algorithm.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the basic data of water supply network in the existing research area,the optimal scheme of pipeline simplification and nodal flow distribution is explored,and the hydraulic model construction method of water supply network based on EPANETH software is studied.The key factors of pipe network operation state evaluation are explored and the evaluation system is established.The analysis results show that the current pipe network has some problems,such as unreasonable pipe diameter ratio,uneven distribution of node pressure,insufficient water pressure in local areas,etc.,which cannot guarantee the normal water consumption and fire safety needs of residents,and it is urgent to optimize the construction.Based on the multi-objective optimization requirements of current pipe network,the idea of reverse learning is innovatively introduced,and a new initialization mechanism is proposed.The non-dominated sorting scheme is referenced to give the algorithm the ability to solve the multi-objective optimization.The whale operator is optimized to convert the continuous solution set to the discrete solution set.The adaptive inertia weight is used for reference to avoid falling into local search and improve the convergence speed of the algorithm.A multi-objective optimization mathematical model of water supply network was established by taking the minimization of reconstruction cost and minimization of node surplus head variance as the optimization objective function and combining the constraints of hydraulic balance,pipe diameter,free head and velocity.The hydraulic model of the current pipe network in Area A of Jinan City is taken as the research object to solve the optimal scheme of pipe network optimization.The optimization evaluation system including pressure,flow rate,unit water loss,value index and reliability index was established,and the optimization scheme of pipe network was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the hydraulic conditions of pipe network are obviously improved,the water pressure distribution of pipe network is more uniform,the construction investment economy and water supply reliability are high,and the algorithm has a high application value in the optimization project of water supply pipe network.
