As an important node of urban rail transit system,metro interchange station is also a high-density collection and distribution place of urban transportation network.With the rapid growth of rail passenger demand,the operation organization pressure of interchange stations is increasing,especially for the earlier built interchange stations,due to the serious aging of the station facilities,the design of the initial passenger flow carrying capacity is not enough,in the face of the current growing passenger flow,the operation capacity is stretched to the limit.The station is prone to queue congestion during the peak passenger flow period,resulting in slow evacuation of passengers,which is not conducive to emergency evacuation of the station,and also reduces the station commuting efficiency and poses a safety hazard.How to optimize the layout of station equipment and facilities and the planning of passenger flow routes under the condition that the internal civil structure of the station is fixed is of great significance to the satisfaction of station passengers,the efficiency of passenger collection and dispersal,and the reduction of station operation load and epidemic prevention and control.In this paper,with the purpose of optimizing the peak heavy passenger flow in large interchange stations of urban rail transit,we analyze the current organizational optimization measures of large interchange stations of urban rail transit in China in the face of heavy passenger flow,and propose the methods of passenger flow control,equipment utilization management and passenger flow line organization optimization according to the principles and norms of urban rail transit station operation management.(1)Analyze the characteristics and features of passenger flow in interchange stations,summarize the formation mechanism of large passenger flow and propose the criteria for judging large passenger flow in stations;analyze the bottlenecks of large passenger flow congestion in metro stations in terms of station architecture,equipment and facilities,clearly point out the key factors affecting station congestion and the key points for solving the problem of large passenger flow,and summarize the theoretical method for optimizing the graded control and control of large passenger flow in stations.(2)A CNN-LSTM-AM short-term combined prediction model of large passenger flow in urban rail transit stations is proposed based on the problem of large passenger flow in stations.It is proved that the model can predict and analyze the future heavy passenger flow in different situations of the station,so as to prevent and cope with the heavy passenger flow in advance.(3)From the perspective of passenger entry volume,the passenger flow control model of interchange station is established with the constraint of carrying capacity of station facilities and equipment,and the Gurobi solver is called in Python language to solve the model;then,combined with the passenger flow control model,from the perspective of station equipment utilization layout,based on the queuing theory model,the station equipment layout optimization model is established with the purpose of minimizing passenger consumption time in the equipment.After that,based on the queuing theory model,the station layout optimization model is established based on the purpose of minimizing the time consumed by passengers in the equipment,and the differential genetic algorithm is used to solve the layout of the internal location of each equipment station and the optimal open control quantity.(4)Introduce and use Any Logic simulation platform for pedestrian micro-simulation analysis,and take the Big Wild Goose Pagoda station as an example to introduce the station simulation construction steps in detail,and establish the relevant station passenger flow evaluation indexes for the simulation model.(5)The optimal layout of equipment and the optimal number of passenger flow control are calculated using the equipment and facility parameters of Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station as data.The Any Logic simulation platform is used to simulate the station before and after using the model respectively.The results of the simulation comparison show that the proposed passenger flow control model and equipment layout optimization model can effectively alleviate the problems of slow entry,pedestrian walking congestion and pedestrian congestion of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station at peak heavy passenger flow,and the model will have certain guiding meaning and reference value for the operation management of the metro station.Finally,based on the simulation output results,according to the actual passenger flow situation of Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station,it points out the problems of Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station during the current heavy passenger flow period,and proposes three operational management measures and suggestions for improvement.
