Landscape Design Of Yihai Jiali Industrial Park In Wangcheng District,Changsha City

With the continuous progress of national policies and economic development,industrial construction has transformed its development mode with the times,adjusted its industrial structure,and achieved high-quality development.Hunan Province adheres to the concept of "green waters and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains" emphasized in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to carry out the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,which also promotes the shift of industrial production mode from traditional industry to ecology,and drives Changsha City to strive to create a "golden decade" of high-quality development in high-tech zones.At the same time,under the trend of "industry city integration" the land use nature of industrial parks has changed,functional requirements have increased,and the position of landscape greening in the overall planning and design of industrial parks is increasingly elevated.Therefore,this paper complies with the trend of modern ecological industrial park construction,studies the landscape planning design of grain and oil industrial park,takes Yihai Kerry grain and oil industrial park as the practice platform,and finally designs the industrial park landscape integrating ecology,landscape and practicality.This article studies the basic concepts and theories related to grain and oil industrial parks,including the characteristics of industrial parks,environmental aesthetics,user needs,and plant habits.It concludes that the current problems in the landscape of grain and oil industrial parks include limited green space,monotonous style,strict plant selection,and pollution hazards in the park.To address these challenges,this article first collected various excellent reference cases from both domestic and international sources,understood the design concepts and ideas of the cases,and drew inspiration from the plant configuration,spatial layout,and cultural landscape design methods.Then,this article applies the knowledge already mastered to the landscape design research section,summarizes the functions and characteristics of grain and oil industrial parks,and summarizes the design methods and principles of human landscapes,plant configuration,and pollution prevention and control.After summarizing the methods for overcoming difficulties and improving design ideas,this article begins to conduct on-site research on Yihai Jiali Grain and Oil Industrial Park,inventory the natural,cultural,and social resources of the project,conduct SWOT analysis of the current situation,and point out the existing problems and elements that can be utilized in the landscape.Using the design theme of"circulation and symbiosis",overall planning and design are carried out from the aspects of space,transportation,and functions.Detailed node landscape design is carried out in the form of functional zoning for the factory front area,office area,grain production area,oil production area,and outdoor leisure area,as well as special design for various types of public facilities.Greening landscape design should not only consider the expression of cultural characteristics,promote corporate culture,and enhance the external image of the industrial park,but also play different functions in each functional area of the grain and oil industrial park.Plant selection and configuration should also consider different pollution resistance and safety performance.In the practical design of Yihai Jiali Grain and Oil Industrial Park landscape,this article uses humanized and beautiful landscape design methods to create a grain and oil industrial park that integrates entertainment,leisure,office,and production,ensuring the health and safety of citizens,maintaining the natural environment of the urban area,shaping a unique industrial style,and beautifying the city’s appearance.
