Forest health care has been a topic of discussion for a long time,and the forest health care related industry is also in the process of booming,using the good forest environment and scientific health care services to provide options for the growing needs of health care.With the improvement of living standards,people’s understanding of health has gradually penetrated into the scope of physical and mental health,health is no longer just the physical level of health,but also should include the psychological level of recuperation,both are indispensable.This means that the construction of forest health base is bound to face the problem of upgrading from basic physical health to physical and mental health.From the perspective of "dual cultivation of body and mind" in the Taoist health concept,this study adopts the method of literature review,cross research,case comparison analysis and field investigation,takes Yusi Mountain in Ji ’an as the research object,relies on the quality environment resources of the surrounding forest park,and on the basis of the original scenic spot,explores and applies the local Taoist health culture.Integrate modern forest health base for planning research,and the main research results are as follows:(1)Through summarizing the research trends of Taoist health preservation,forest health preservation and their correlation,it is necessary to explore the value significance of the application of health preservation concept in forest health landscape.The author interprets the classic literature of Taoism,excavates the health culture,and extracts the concept of "both physical and mental cultivation" to guide the landscape planning of forest health base.(2)Through the research on the concept of "dual cultivation of body and mind"and the related concepts of forest health care as well as the coupling relationship between them,it is concluded that the coupling relationship between the two is mainly reflected in the forest environment has the effect of cultivating the body,nourishing the mind and curing diseases.From the three perspectives of project overview,project characteristics and reference significance,this paper studies and analyzes the cases of excellent forest health bases at home and abroad,and draws three points of reference:natural environment is an important health factor,health bases need to have diversified projects,and health bases should fully develop cultural factors.(3)From the aspects of planning principles,the strategy of integrating physical and mental cultivation,and the strategy of superposition and upgrading of forest health and health functions,a relatively scientific and perfect planning concept and strategy of forest health and health base applying the Taoist concept of physical and mental cultivation is summarized.Among them,the strategy of integrating both physical and mental cultivation includes the guidance and suggestion of environmental atmosphere,the combination of scientific health and psychological prevention,and the combination of forest environment assistance and health activities.The strategy of superposition and upgrade of forest health and wellness functions is based on the analysis of the existing functions of the site.Based on the above research,taking Yusi Mountain Forest health base in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining theory and practice,the planning and expression strategy of traditional Taoist philosophy of "dual training of body and mind" in contemporary health base is applied and verified.The planning scheme of forest health base guided by the concept of both physical and mental cultivation summarized and proposed by this research provides reference for related research,and aims to carry forward the traditional cultural treasures and play a role in promoting public health.
