| With the gradual growth of the scale of the electric vehicle industry and the social ownership, the current service supply of charging stations is difficult to meet the increasing charging demand,in order to balance supply and demand, more charging stations must be built to provide services to users. However, after years of development,a basic charging facility service network has been formed in the region, and existing charging stations have occupied part of the available land resources in the region, and the number of new charging stations is bound to be limited. Therefore, the location and capacity of existing charging stations must be considered when conducting a new round of charging station site selection to avoid duplicate construction and waste of resources. In addition, user charging demand is an important factor affecting the location of electric vehicle charging stations. In the real problem, user needs have a strong uncertainty. If the uncertainty of users’ charging needs is ignored in the process of charging station site planning,it is likely that the charging station capacity will be redundant or the service capacity will be insufficient. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the location of new charging stations considering the adjustment of existing charging stations under uncertain demand, and formulate a more risk-resistant charging station site selection scheme from a medium and long-term perspective. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The relationship between existing charging stations and new charging stations is described.According to the characteristics of the charging station site selection study and the idea of project portfolio selection, considering that the adjustment of existing charging stations will involve dismantling and updating operations, and there are candidate points for the construction of new charging stations, this project introduces intermediate variables to describe the three situations of dismantling, updating and new charging stations.(2)Build a new charging station location model that considers the adjustment of existing charging stations.By quantifying the planning cost, network loss cost and operating cost of charging stations under the three conditions of dismantling and updating existing charging stations and constructing new charging stations,a new charging station location model considering the adjustment of existing charging stations is proposed with the total investment cost of decision-makers as the objective function of the minimum total investment cost.(3)Build a robust optimization model for new charging station site selection considering the adjustment of existing charging stations.Considering the influence of the uncertainty of electric vehicle users’ charging demand on the location of charging stations, this project uses a robust optimization method to deal with the uncertain parameters in the model, constructs a robust optimization model for the location of new charging stations considering the adjustment of existing charging stations, and converts the nonlinear part of the model into a linear part through duality theory to solve it.(4)Taking the site selection of electric vehicle charging stations in District Y of Shanghai as an example, the location selection scheme and investment cost of charging stations under three scenarios:the adjustment of existing charging stations, the adjustment of existing charging stations under the condition of demand determination, and the adjustment of existing charging stations under uncertain demand are comparatively analyzed.Based on the analysis results, relevant suggestions are put forward, which provides a set of scientific and reasonable site selection and capacity fixing scheme for charging station operators and users in Y area. The research results and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)the relationship between existing charging stations and new charging stations is accurately described, and intermediate variables are introduced to accurately describe the three adjustment states of dismantling, updating and new charging stations;(2)Based on the analysis of the planning cost, network loss cost and operating cost of charging station under the three conditions of dismantling, updating and new charging station, the site selection model of new charging station considering the adjustment of existing charging station was constructed;(3)A robust optimization model is established to deal with the influence of the uncertainty of user charging demand on the location and capacity of charging stations in the location problem of new charging stations considering the adjustment of existing charging stations, and finally obtain a charging station location scheme with more anti-risk ability from a medium and long-term perspective. |
