| In the future,China will face serious challenge while shifting to carbon neutral. As the capital of China,Beijing should take responsibility to achieve the low-carbon transition first.Photovoltaic power,as one of the most promising clean energies,is seen as an important focus for decarbonization of the power sector.Distributed photovoltaic, with its flexibility,is well suited for urban areas where land resources are short. In the future, the installed photovoltaic capacity demand in Beijing will continue to expand,so it is necessary to study how to build the most suitable solar supply chain network for Beijing,so as to meet the long-term demand while ensuring low-carbon operation.Firstly,on the premise of careful study of the photovoltaic industry, this paper determines the low-carbon network structure of the solar supply chain, including the production part and the demand part The production part includes five production steps of solar supply chain. In this paper, the production capacity and distribution of Chinese solar supply chain manufacturers are sorted out in detail. The demand part is the installed photovoltaic capacity demand of Beijing in the future year under the "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goal, which is related to the development of photovoltaic in Beijing, rooftop photovoltaic potential and spatial distribution.Secondly, based on the analysis of the cost and carbon emissions of production, transportation and inventory throughout the whole spply chain,a model of photovoltaic equipment supply chain network is constructed, with the target of the lowest economic cost and carbon emission cost measured by carbon tax. Finally, based on the model constructed before, three low-carbon network optimization schemes, which are named as vertical integration strategy scheme, shortest transportation distance scheme and.technology-and-cost-leading scheme respectively, were selected.According to these three schemes, empirical analysis of supply and demand matching was carried out for the forecast annual photovoltaic installation in Beijing.By comparing the total cost of the three schemes from different perspectives,it can be found that the vertical integration strategy can help the low-carbon network of photovoltaic supply chain in Beijing to reach the maximum cost benefit and emission reduction benefit. |
