There are a large number of harmonics in the power grid,which seriously affect the normal operation of the power system,so shunt capacitor series reactors are often used in engineering for harmonic control.Since the series reactor has a multi-air gap core structure,there is a strong leakage flux at the air gap during operation,which will lead to greater electromagnetic vibration and noise pollution of the reactor core,which will lead to a reduction in the service life of the reactor and pose a threat to the safe operation of the power system.The magnetic powder core material has low magnetostrictive characteristics,which can effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the reactor.Therefore,the vibration simulation and experimental research of the new magnetic powder core series reactor are of great practical significance for improving the operating environment of the power grid and reducing noise pollution.In this dissertation,the coupling relationship between various physical fields is analyzed,and the electro-mechanical coupling model of series reactor is established according to the magnetization characteristic curve of magnetic powder core material and silicon steel material.In order to reduce the density of finite element meshing,the small air gap of 0.2mm in the core column of the magnetic powder core series reactor is removed by homogenization method,which greatly reduces the simulation calculation time.Taking the silicon steel series reactor and magnetic powder core series reactor of model CKSC-300/10-5 as the research objects,the three-dimensional simulation model of the two reactors was established by finite element simulation software,the vibration and noise simulation were simulated,and the contribution of magnetostrictive force and Maxwell force to the core vibration displacement of silicon steel series reactor under various working conditions was explored.In order to explore the influence of the new magnetic powder core material on the vibration and noise of the reactor,the magnetic flux density and vibration displacement of the silicon steel series reactor and the magnetic powder core series reactor under different harmonic conditions were compared according to the actual operation of the series reactor.Finally,the vibration experiment under fundamental working condition of the two series reactors is carried out,the magnetic flux density of the iron core is calculated by the actual working voltage and reactor parameters,the vibration displacement of different measurement points on the core of the two reactors is measured by accelerometer,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed with the simulation data to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
